Naomi was very helpful and kind. We had a good night’s stay and enjoyed the sound of the river just outside our tent. This is an adorable campground to drive into after a long drive. The bathroom is so cute and warm in colder weather. Feels like home. Highly recommend!

We had a Cl C RV and the park was PERFECT! We had a level site right in front of the lake. We saw the sun rise, and the sun set every day. Soooo beautiful, with the mountains on the other side of the lake (and river). Everyone was friendly and helpful. At night the park is quiet and peaceful. This is the best RV park I've ever been to. And the bathrooms with showers were clean, bright, safe and comfortable. Next door was the laundry with good washers and dryers. As great as everything was, the best was the service. Everyone working there was incredibly helpful and offered great insight to the local trails and sights. We followed their advice and saw once-in-a-lifetime sights like Chimney Rock! Also Treasure Falls and so much more. The manager from Australia (although she has a mixed accent similar to South African) was the BEST! She's all about customer service and helped us with advice on everything. Wow... I wish I could tell you everything, what a wonderful vacation.

The Good: The location is beautiful The cable was nice to have and good variety of channels Nice Laundry Men’s bathroom was nice and clean The Bad: 1. Placed in a site where we could not open our slide, cargo bay or awning. We have a pull behind trailer so not a huge rig. The site was so small and to try and maneuver out the tree caught our awning frame which is now dented and scratched. The staff did move us to another site but you are super close to your neighbors. 2. The women’s bathroom smells so badly of sewer. I can’t imagine why this issue hasn’t been addressed. 3. Lastly husband was having bouts of Afib and we needed to get to a lower elevation. We were hopeful to be extended a little grace and asked if we could leave 1 day early and receive a refund for 1 day. Absolutely a hard NO. I do understand in the busy season that may not be accommodated but the park is not close to full. If you stay here be 100% sure the site is big enough so you don’t encounter damage to your rig.

What a wonderful place to stay! The ladies in the office really made our visit awesome. They took the guess work out of our short stay and recommended springs to go to and GREAT places to eat! ( we loved Tequilas for mexican food!) Our RV spot was easy to get into, had a beautiful view of the river and was super level. Laundry room was adorable and they were able to get me a roll of quarters without me having to make a trip into town. Very close the town, we rode our Ebikes there and back! If you are looking for a cute place to stay with excellent customer service, this is it!

We spent a week at this campground and had a wonderful experience. The staff were kind and very helpful. The shop had everything we needed and more. The bathhouse was clean with lots of shelving and hooks to hang things. There was lots to do at the campground as well as an excellent location to get to the surrounding area quickly. The sites were clean and well spaced. I cannot say enough nice things about this place we will be back when we are in the area again.

We called and booked a RV spot and they told us about their 7 day cancelation policy. We were on our way there we we were held up with a major accident on AZ-377 with multiple vehicles and multiple fatalities. We called Pagosa Springs Riverside RV as soon as we knew that we were not going to be able to get there and the lady on the phone said that she was so sorry however with the cancelation policy she couldn't do anything. So they made almost $80.00 off of us when it was beyond our control. I'm wondering if they rented that site out making double the money. So beware Pagosa Springs Riverside RV people are not compassionate humans, they are just after the almighty dollar. I will tell everyone that asks me, no way would I or will I stay at this place. Yes you offered an alternative date, we come through once a year so that really wouldn't happen. If you were not full and had to turn someone away you lost no money so you made almost $80. for nothing and a computer can generate a credit just as easy. So a 1 star rating for no customer service is warranted.

Hosts were amazing. Entire property is clean and most importantly, the bathrooms and showers are thoroughly cleaned every day.

Was greeted late at night by the camp host that was gracious and welcoming. Woke up in a beautiful scene on the river side and didn’t wanna leave. Took a glorious long hot shower. This place checked all the boxes.

Enjoyed my stay here. If possible I recommend trying to get a spot on the river.

Such a beautiful spot. We arrived around dusk and the owners were more than accommodating and so nice. If you’re in the area it’s worth checking out and really close to town.

Great, quiet stay! Made a last minute decision to get off the road to camp and the owners were very accommodating. Beautiful grounds on the river and facilities were clean. Be sure to drive up to Treasure Falls for a short hike if you stay here.

We love to go to Pagosa Springs during the fall. We booked 2 nights at the Pagosa Riverside Campground and loved it. It’s right on the river. There is also a pond. You can just wake up and go fishing out the front door. It’s steps away from the river and pond. There is a walking trail around the pond. My young kids enjoyed the playground and the game room (pool, air hockey, video games). We enjoyed corn hole and they had horse shoes. They have a small on-site store with groceries, fishing necessities, souvenirs, and more. They have fire rings/grills, so we enjoyed making a campfire. The campground was nice and quiet. I was very impressed! We will be staying here again!

There are a lot of campers fit far enough off the road so there's no road noise. Most Trailer/RV sites are pretty close but it wasn't an issue and they are no closer than a typical place. And it was pretty full when we stayed. The bathrooms are clean and store well stocked. The showers are hot. Everyone is super friendly. The laundry only has two oversized dryers but it only took 20min to dry two full loads (together). The kids playground was enjoyed by many and it's only a two minute drive downtown. It's right off the river where the kids had fun playing. We would stay here again.
