Pagosa Springs RV Park

We were in an RV and the park has lush green grass, a meadow with a stage, cross, and large screen for movies, and the friendliest, most helpful owners you could ever find. It also has awesome cabins. Make your reservation and I promise you will agree with us and not be disappointed! Will definitely go back! Simply beautiful!

This RV park has everything you could want. Friendly staff, ample sites, clean restrooms and showers. Some sites back up to a small river for awesome white noise for sleeping. When we are back this way we will stay here again.

This is a quiet and beautiful spot located just a few minutes from the busy town of Pagosa. I loved how green it was and beautifully maintained. They have adorable benches located along the riverside. And they just built an amazing stage and baptismal area in their meadow. The staff is very welcoming and kind. We will be back next season and hope to bring the whole family.

Had a great stay! The Little Blanco cabin is cozy and perfect for a solo traveler. Bed is comfy and the little porch is a bonus. Quick drive to town. Enjoyed walking over to the stream bank. Perfect stay at a great price.

Great place to stay. It's just too narrow space for a driving big rig. I got stock at bridge to get out of the camping site. Damage my awning and scratch our door. Has a tree and a very narrow 🌉 not much space for turning. " My suggestion, take time and be cautious. If possible, avoid this bridge. I didn't pay necessary attention and got some bad memories from this adventure... But it's ok. Not body is hurt, and life moves on. Peace to all, enjoy life and mistakes, and learn every step. Happy summer folks.

Such a great RV park. We had a shady spot near the mountain, and it was so peaceful. My kid had the best time in the creek and now we want to move to Pagosa Springs... or at least come back camping every year!

Absolutely loved this RV park. The staff was amazing and the RV sites were well maintained. The fishing pond and the stream were peaceful and so were the people staying at the park. There was a very mellow vibe there!

Very nice people host the campground. Clean and appealing facilities. Neighbors blocked my drive one night and kids were loud cracking a whip the next day. More activity and noise, less consideration from other campers than I’ve experienced at other campgrounds.

We stayed in rv site by river for 6 nights. Staff is super nice! Grounds are clean and well kept. Shower house very clean. The one and only draw back is that the sites are super tight. Truly, slide out to slide out. There is barely room for the tow vehicles. During our stay we saw a truck tap another truck trying to park. Great location to Pagosa Springs.

Stayed at Pagosa Springs RV from 10/4-10/6/2023. As it was the off season, plenty of room for RV parking by the stream. Staff is very accomodating. Grounds are well kept with excellent laundry facilities and adequate wifi. Pagosa Springs is 10 minutes away. Hiking nearby. All around a pleasant stay. Would stay there again if in the area.

As stated in many, many other reviews, this is a great RV park! Beautifully maintained, super nice cabins, and run by a caring and wonderful family who works hard to ensure everyone has a lovely stay. If you’re coming to PS, book here. ********************************************************************** It’s so frustrating to read reviews in which the reviewer is misstating policies or dinging park owners for things that are out of their control. Therefore…. To previous reviewers deducting points for wifi - it is clearly stated on the website under “Park Disclosures” that they provide the best service possible. Down and upload speeds are not guaranteed and they don’t charge for it. As for cellular, if there is a mountain…a Rocky Mountain!.. between your phone and the cellular antenna, you won’t get signal. Ever. This is completely out of the park owners’ control. Talk to your cellular provider. Geez. You’re in the mountains, on vacation, and camping, not in the city - unplug!!! To another reviewer - if you read the policy correctly, it says no dog left behind in any of the cabins, not RVs. I was there all summer and all excessive barking was addressed by the staff. If you don’t tell management, then complain about it on a review, you’re not helping. I love Pagosa Springs RV Park and will always stay there because I appreciate a family-run business and have reasonable expectations.
