Applied for residency,got denied. Simply wanted to know why so that I could remedy the problem. I have excellent credit rating with zero criminal history. Office personnel said that the park had nothing to do with decision and that I was denied by the company doing the background check. I called the company and they said they have nothing to do with the decision. Got a copy of the report with the 795 credit rating and no criminal history nationally In the office, she said , I did not meet the park criteria. I asked what the criteria was. She would not tell me and began becoming rude and short with me. I really thought highly of the park and the personnel when I first went in. But boy , they really flip flopped and turned into jerks. They eventually told me because I took a sliding glass door out and put an entry door in and that is why. I then offered to have an engineer, inspect and approve it. I tried politely and reasonably to try to remedy this. I don't know why they had to treat me so poorly

Excellent RV and retirement park. Super clean, people are friendly, they have all sorts of activities to enjoy in the community. The grounds are clean and well kept. Fantastic!!
