My mom (who is a senior citizen) and I were entering this place to get information and this man followed us back in and harassed us, two women. He took pictures and video taped my car…I don’t appreciate the harassment, especially when my mom could have been a potential renter. This crazy man wasn’t the owner nor did he work there…he’s just a tenant. The experience was insane, I hope you control him before he does it to someone else. There’s absolutely no excuse for his behavior towards complete strangers.

For 10 years we wintered in FL, TX, and AZ at a different park each month to get a good feel for each 55+ park before buying a mobile home. Palm Resaca was our top choice because it 'ticked' off all our top must haves. Being a shareholder park keeps the volunteer participation high and the costs low. The park maintains the lots which keeps the park looking tidy all year and the maintenance staff is available to help residents. It is also one of the few parks to have access to the resaca for all residents.

I am not a resident at Palm Resaca; my parents loved spending their winters there back in the '90s. We would visit and were impressed at how well the grounds and buildings were kept. Wonderful activities, good management, safe, and friendly residents. Just wanted to say I am impressed that Palm Resaca has maintained its quality. I loved reading the reviews!
