Palm View RV Park & Campground

March 09, 2026

This is by far the worst RV park we have ever stayed at we have a beautiful 38 ft RV and have traveled the country for my work we originally thought we could tolerate The Rundown RVs and broken down cars everywhere because of the beautiful trees and the location but unfortunately we did not know that their electrical hookups have something called reverse polarity so upon plugging RV into their electrical hookup we had appliances blowing out outlets being fried and actually received an electrical shock from what's called hot skin on the outside of the RV we complained to management and they eventually after 2 months of dealing with this finally fixed it they RV park was close to my job so we tried to rectify the situation but the whole experience has been a true nightmare there are stray animals running around everywhere there are drug addicts loud music and two people that claim to be the managers who harass everyone here. There are multiple tenants whose RVs were damaged so badly that they can't afford to move them and due to the age of their units they are not able to find other RV parks so they are trapped here. We rarely write negative reviews but feel it our duty our civic duty to warn people that this place is horrible The only positive reviews about this park are ones that were written by people that are the managers friends there's not a tenant in this place that can tell you that they've enjoyed their stay here stay anywhere but don't stay at Palmview.

We've been traveling for over 2 years in our RV and this RV site this Campground is the worst we have ever stayed at. It's full of drug addicts broken down RVs and the worst thing is is that their electrical supply is not safe for you to plug into. It has something called reverse polarity so when you plug your RV into their electric post you are going to damage all of your electrical outlets and your appliances Lisa's theme thousands of dollars worth of damage to our RV upon plugging in and it took us a little while before we realized what was happening an electrician showed us what the problem was. After complaining to the managers they began to retaliate against us and served us with an illegal eviction to try to get us out of here. This place is downright dangerous and is nothing like it appears on the website you cannot afford to stay here for even one night it's disgusting dirty and run by lowlifes Teresa Porter and Keith they are absolute slumlords you do not want to come here.

This place is a joke. People are being robbed 100% for the price of rent vs. the quality of this place. I called a while back askin how much they charge for monthly rent. Was told $950. If it's 1k a month to stay here, I thought "oh this place must be nice".... Oh I was so wrong. Came by the other morning to get information about staying here. Didn't realize they don't open until 12pm. Which is pretty late if you're trying to run a business but whatever. So I parked and looked around the park. Now that I found a different nice park to stay at... I felt obligated to let people know that this place is a complete garbage dump. It looks like tenants take good care of their spots but the park is a disaster. There is a fenced off playground area with a literal homeless encampment in it. It's not a specified tent site. It's just homeless people in a nasty tent living right by a playground. So dangerous. Instead of a community room, like every single other RV park in the country I've been to has, they have a church. It's like the first thing you see when you get there. They have more signs advertising the church than the park. Big custom signs for the church but just some ugly spray paint on a rock to tell you where the park is. How off putting for non religious people. Made me uncomfortable tbh. Then I walked over to what I found out they consider a "laundry room". It's a joke. It's literally 1 washing machine and a bunch of broken machines everywhere. I've never even stayed here and you can tell that whoever owns this place, obviously doesn't put ANY money back into it .. so sad. Like what are they charging 1k a month for? The square of dirt? That's insane. Ps. I kept this anonymous Incase I ever absolutely have to stay here for a night or 2 in a pinch ha Do yourself a favor if you have to stay near Lake Elsinore, go to Launchepointe! For only $150 more than this place, you get restaraunt included, boat launch and beach included, pool 24hrs, full laundromat, rec room, weekend concerts and activities, it's not covered in dirt ha, and it's so peaceful.

Horrible place to live, full of drugs, violence, alcohol abuse, Constant cigarette smoking, Not a good place for children, getting woken up at 1 in the morning because a child is knocking on the door asking to spend the night because his household is getting too violent. Broken down Laundry facilities full of dog fur and feces, unprofessional management who will trespass in your space come to your front door cuss you out and is intoxicated all the time. Dangerous environment that has had a history with the fire department due to all the hazardous clutter. Asking for personal information then leaving it for everyone to see your Social Security numbers and bank account, they claim to do a background check yet they have felons living in the park. Electrical hazards all over the property, The electrical bill will be one amount with no explanation than triple the next month. Water and electricity constantly get turned off and will be off for long periods of time. Once you question the bills or anything at all they become combative and demand more and more money. The trees are overgrown and drop so many berries that it’s unmanageable and damages your vehicle and trailer.

We've been here a week and plan to stay for a while longer. This place is not big, so it's not crowded. Very quiet and peaceful. And the surrounding nature is beautiful! Very nice community. Good Christian folks. Services every Sun. with pot luck. And excellent prices. Just under $40 a day for RV with full 30amp hook ups. Water, plumbing, etc. There's a small convenience store here as well. You can even rent DVDs for the kids. Big pool and animals. Sheep and goats. Birds along a nice romantic/serene trail near front office.

Tired to make reservations, they had availability and we where in the process of making our reservations but once I said 6 people. 2 adults, a baby and 3 kids. I was told thats to many people. Very rude and unhelpful. Having 4 children is not uncommon. Very unprofessional and discriminating.

I have no complaints here, the pets and flowers are nice to see and the pool is by appointment which is nice because you feel very private when enjoying your sun time. The spots have enough room for my needs, and it is typically pretty quiet/calm.

You will think you made a wrong turn into a horror movie lol (maybe because we arrived late at night) but don't be fooled this RV Park is a piece of heaven on earth. The owners Douglas and Monette are amazing people with kind hearts. All the neighbors were super helpful and kind. The pool area is relaxing. Loved the goats and feeding them :) Park is exceptionally clean and well maintained. My favorite part was the Prayer Garden... for the 45 minutes I spent there I was transformed. Monette gave me a personal tour. Enjoy the pictures.

We spent three weeks at this “resort” over the Christmas holidays Pros: *the staff was friendly and accommodating *it was peaceful and quiet *there is a pool, some sheep and goats and a “meditation garden.” *Sunday services and weekly bible study conducted on site by the owners. *the office serves as a store offering a few foods, condiments and ice cream Cons: *no bath room or shower for RVers *no cable TV and no TV reception (unless you have a TV service like Direct TV) *no WiFi or internet *no hot tub *no real store or food service *state of neglect and general disrepair (example: the last bench in the “meditation garden” is detached from its base and hazardous to anyone attempting to sit on it) So if your idea of a resort is peace and quiet, religious services, bible study and sheep and goats in a relaxed environment this may be your place. If on the other hand if “resort” implies wifi, cable, bathrooms, showers, hot tub, store or some form of food service and safe seating this may not be.

In comparison to several parks that we have visited over the past few months this by far is filled with the nicest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. Starting from when we first got here Roy offered to help set up the camper thanks Roy. The owners are very nice and giving to the residents in the community without that sense of ulterior motive... The campground itself is great .... The pool is awesome, clean, and No discrimination against our Doberman...(they have room to run and are still a little confused about the weird looking Doberman here ....Goat farm)Even after a few plants have been destroyed.... sorry guys:/ I think our cat thinks he is Simba has everything that the light touches belongs to him :-) We didn’t plan on being here as long as we have been and will miss it when we leave but we will be staying here whenever we have the chance in the future.... thanks again for all the hospitality and having such a wonderful group of people at your park
