I found this place its reasonable priced. Good wifi clean, the office staff has been very helpful especially Rosie always greeted me with a smile. The park is located fairly close to Brownsville. Also a thinking of note. All in all I can say my stay here while taking my class has been extremely pleasant. One more thing there is a company that offers trailer and truck wash that is very good they did an amazing job on my trailer.

Nora, Site Manager, is such joy to work with. Helpful and knowledgeable. The park is clean and has wonderful options for activities if you are interested in participating in the social community. If not that okay to.

It's more than a small RV Resort, it's a close-knit community. There are the more popular activities, such as the heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, a couple of horseshoe pits, pool table, and card tables, they do offer some professional entertainment, and other weekly activities. It's the people that come here that make this such a cherished destination for us.

Like they advertise....the sites are HUGE! probably twice the size of a normal site and level. The park is gated, very quiet, and I would definitely stay here again. THe only drawback -and it's very minor- is that the water and electric are at the very back of the site and require hoses and cords longer than normal. Great park!

A true home away from home! The park is a former trailer park, so the sites are huge...40'x90! Very friendly staff and residents. Nora in the office was very friendly and very helpful! The facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, laundry facility, mail slots for residents, a library with books and DVDs, an area for playing cards, a pool table, a huge community room, showers and restrooms, and lots and lots of activities for residents. The cost is very reasonable and they are a Good Sam park as well! A propane truck makes rounds of the park three days a week to fill tanks. Prices are competituve. Everything is very clean. Take plenty of water hose and electrical cord with you. Our sewer hookup was midway on the site. The electric and water were at the back. We highly recommend this RV park, and will stay there whenever our travels take us to the Brownsville, Texas area.

We had a very nice time at Palmdale. The owner Ted was very nice and generally concerned if every thing was going good with our stay. Nora and her receptionists were so nice to help with any questions we had. The spaces are nice and big. Pool,hot tub and shower rooms were always nice and clean. Truman and Sharon always has an activity going to keep us busy. Have to give a shout out to Bill and Linda for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and showing us all the hotspots on the island. Ted, you have a very nice park and we enjoyed our stay. “ We will be back.” Save our spot!

We are currently staying here and most of the people are very friendly. The lot sizes are big and we are happy to pay a little more just to have the lot size and the extra grass. It is nice that it's is not a 55+ park and they welcome dogs, and are okay with 2 vehicles. The laundry room is clean and has new washers and dryers also very nice new community bathroom with large handicapped showers if you need it. The pool and spa are clean, quiet and relaxing to sit at. They have weekly events planned (swim aerobics, dance lessons, ect...) and monthly ( chili cook off, golf cart parade, dance with live singer, ect...) it's nice they can keep everyone busy and entertained. We will definitely be coming back to this park!
