Their park is quiet & clean .. they are pet friendly & prompt to getting maintenance to your property to fix things .. its full of trees abs plenty of shade.. they have been there since I was a kid in the 80's .. still very well kept. My family have moved In there recently and they are very pleased.

It's a quiet park, friends live there, no lawn maintenance there, probably one of the most inexpensive places to live in Dothan. Neighbors look out for one another.
