Maintenance guy? Haven't seen one of those in a long time. Last time I did they were knocking on my door asking for money.

Good overall experience. The manager Shiela is very helpful and is always looking out for her residents safety. I appreciated staying here. Pool was always being tended too, also the maintenance guy is always working hard and keeping up with landscaping. Thank you for a good 4 month stay!

We have been trying to contact the office for two weeks via emails and calls. Every time we call we are forward to voicemail. Stopped by the office during business hours and its closed. Not a great way to run a business.

Horrible experience at this rv park. Water is always turned off. There’s a pet fee every month for my own rv. My electric bike got stolen from beside my rv, thieves caught on camera. Manager said “they look Mexican”.

It was clean and a great price, office staff was very professional and nice!!! Was close for my work so that was also a plus for me.

The worst RV park we have stayed at yet!! Communication is nonexistent. The water is always turned off for whatever reason. Shady looking individuals all over. They charge an extra $50 every month for my dogs living in my motorhome. And to top it off my e-bike was stolen this morning even though I have cameras. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

I’m very happy with my stay here. Sheila was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Can’t beat the price. My only complaints is that there’s not much good food near. It’s mostly fast food and Mexican food trucks. Gyms are far also. Overall it’s a great park and they make checking in easy, unlike some other parks. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Tucson.

Nice quiet little park. Sheila (the manager) is extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. The neighbors are quiet and there is hardly any traffic coming in or out. We feel safe and are happy we found this little place for the next few months. Thank you to Sheila!

Nice park and the employee was helpful. Never lived here so I don't know what that experience is like. I asked some questions and they were answered. Unfortunately, there aren't available properties right now.

I live here and the current manager Sheila is very shady. With the confusion if the pandimic she had an elderly couple evicted. Because they didn't know how to use video court they missed their hearing. They are not handicap friendly having blocked the only access anyone in a wheelchair has access to use cross walk to safely cross the street and go to convince store 2 blocks away!! As of now she says she was told not to accept rent from me. When I went to complain about high electric bill I was told I needed to have my appliances checked. The very next month my bill was lower. While staying at my dads house because I needed my dad to give me my antibiotics they were charging me for utilities when none were being used, because my power cord had been stolen and my house robbed. New ownership is trying to make this a better place to live but with people running the place that are shady it's just a big money pit so stay away don't come live here , yet. I approve this review

This will be a nice place after they finish with renovations. Good location for mobile home's and RV parking.
