Spaces are level and concrete. Restrooms very clean. They put us in a back-in spot next to road. At night very noisy because of bar and grill across sleep. Left of us there was one travel trailer that had a lot of junk laying around and was kind of eyesore. The manager should have told them both to clean up their sites. It was also priced too high. Will not return.

This park is very clean, including all amenities. Our only issue was that there are very few lights at the pool. With the sun going down early, it makes it unsafe for kids to continue swimming. Be aware that this RV Park is very close to Patches Bar and Grill. They have live music every night until midnight. We were on the farthest end and could still hear it inside our camper.

We have been coming to Panama City beach RV Resort for the last 5 years and have steadily noticed a decline in the abilities to maintain the property. Half of what is advertised on the website is not realistic to what you get and would not consider it a “resort”. The office clearly lacks any customer satisfaction, unless you complain enough. For the amount of money you pay I would expect better. It saddens me to see what was once our favorite place/ second home to stay has become so ran down. The management/ employees lack the connection with their guests to create an enjoyable stay, which was once why I always came back. Very disheartening. At this point the only positive aspect of this “resort” is the beach access.

We stayed for a week and the place is excellent. Everything was very nice, clean and the park is beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

We have been coming to the same resort for 5 years and have consistently added days to our stay over the years. In the beginning, it was a privately owned family campground, loved and cared for. It had begun to deteriorate, no lights with electric wires exposed thoughtout different sites, pool had been severely neglected, SEVERELY! bathrooms needed attention, as well as laundry appliances needing an overhaul. We left last year saying we would chose a different destination for our future month vacation. We couldn't abandon our favorite area of Florida. So, here we are and could not be more pleased with the resort. The pool is beautiful with the care needed to make it so inviting!, the bathrooms are sanitary and kept stocked with needed toiletries, all the sites are shining bright with their new lights displaying the unforgettable ambience I so missed. I'm so glad for whom ever has acquired this venue has become to love it as we do.
