I currently live here and I will say that for the most part it is quiet other than the fact that people allow their dogs to stay outside and bark at all hours of the day and night. They do need to get some kind of lighting system in here because it is extremely dark in this community at night. I've only lived here for three months and so far it's been a decent experience other than the dogs barking.
