Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in the area. Very affordable especially for being so close to the beach. Lovely shaded spots which is a bonus since electric is separate. Most all the neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Mostly long term tenants. Only downside is trying to get out onto Hwy 98 during rush hour times.

We had been searching all over for an RV campground to stay long term and had no luck. I called Papa Bass and they were full. A week later I get a call back from the owner and he got me a spot. The owner is so helpful, always doing his best to help you and is continually improving the campground and asking for input on making things better. He is always at the park helping clean facilities and performing maintenance duties. The campground is right off of Hwy 98 so you have some road noise but it really isn’t bad. The park is shaded with large trees. Bathrooms with showers are kept clean. There is a laundry room and storage units are available as well. WiFi is great and updated in 2019. There are long term residents here with some older RV’s in the back. The is a great place to call home while parked for the winter and Gulf Coast National Seashore and Pensacola Beach are just down the road.

Nestled between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach in Gulf Breeze Papa Bass offers a clean, comfortable campground for short or long timers where everyone is family. Host family friendly and very responsive.

This place is gem! Nestled in the water oaks and salty sands of Gulf Breeze! The State National Seashore is 3 miles away maybe less with multiple water/ beach accesses, restrooms, and tons of picnic areas. Pensacola Beach is just minutes. Navarre Beach , Downtown Pensacola in 15 minutes or be on the Blackwater canoeing or tubing. The owner is class and always present. Clean, great hookups, and very laid back. A++

Very quiet private country setting so close to the beaches. You only hear birds and a little of the highway 98 traffic. No pool but the shade and environment more than makes up for it. If there is a spot open, folks normally stay for extended periods of time.
