Comparable to the other RV parks close by. Water is included. Pretty pricey to not have an onsite bathhouse, no washers and dryers onsite(some are close by using vehicle). There is a dock to use for the sites without its own or you have to share with someone if you do have one. A public picnic area to gather. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or problems that arise helps. All of the water is connected, so if one pipe or faucet gets hit the whole park is without water. Has been over a 24 hr period without running water during the summer numerous times. When it gets really cold, pipes burst and puts everyone out of water as well. I have been here more than 3 1/2 yrs. It was really nice and not a lot of problems within the first year. It's different now. I've been waiting on my pier to get new boards where all the old ones are rotten and not safe to walk out on since last spring. It's just not as peaceful and safe feeling the way it was when I first got here up to about a year or more ago. The sunsets are still the best! It's about 3 1/2 stars all around.

We have been here about 4 months and absolutely love it here. Our lot is amazing and we have the best neighbors. Management is always there to help if you have any questions. I can say this is our home away from home.

We absolutely love our little piece of paradise! We have had our weekend getaway RV at this park for years. Management is great, and the location is top notch!

Very clean and kept up better than surrounding RV parks. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or problems that arise. Nice and quite little area back here. Most areas have a nice concrete slab to open your door up to or some lots have previous built decks. I have been here more than a year and really enjoy it here. The sunsets are the best!!

We have been at Paradise Island over ten years and absolutely love it. It is exactly what we were looking for. We are steps away from the water. We have the most beautiful sunsets. Over the years we have had family gatherings and everyone enjoyed being there. I’m hooked. We try to make our piece of Paradise comfortable and beautiful. We put our camper here a few years ago. We left to travel more but now we are back. We love it here. Our spot is beautiful and the staff here are very kind and always get back to you if you have a problem. We keep to ourselves but the neighbors around that we have met are very nice. We couldn't be happier!

Was anyone there during a flood in 08 or so.. I hope this is different management. The greed was u real.. I wish I was as able to take up for myself as I am now.! I have thought about them many times since. Wondering if they were still getting away with some of their "ways". I learned from them though. Exactly what some people will do when money is involved.
