Our first concern was the campground was not 45’ big rig friendly. The patio was not level with the rest of the campsite, it stuck up 6 inches above the ground. This made it very difficult to get our camper parked. The rest of the campground was not kept up. The only two things that were decent were the pool, which was very clean, and the campground had very good water pressure.

Upon first few nights there was no electricity, Now there is no water. Location is extremely noisy at an intersection that is very busy. The green privacy fence is falling down and ripping. The grounds are very dirty, sites are not kept well. Staff is very nice and friendly.

I stayed at Paradise Island RV Resort for one night from Sunday to Monday. At first I noticed there was an electrical issue with the 50 Amp outlet. After I brought this issue to their attention, they worked to quickly resolve the issue by finding another site location with a functional 50 Amp Nema 14-50 plug. The on-site electrician even took the time to help me on his day off to make sure I had adequate access to electricity during my stay. It was very nice having a personal escort to take me to my site, help me park, help me pack up on Monday morning and to help me pull out of the spot. I felt like the team at Paradise Island RV resort treated me with respect the entire time. Communication from the front office staff was good. I felt that the price I paid for one night was fair considering the prime South Florida location. I booked a full hookup RV site with water, sewer and electrical. Based on this experience it is likely that I will choose to stay here again in the future.

I stayed here for a couple months. I was really impressed with how well they took care of me. The spaces are a bit cramped and the facilities need to be updated. The staff was easy to communicate with and friendly. I was very surprised that majority of the guests solely spoke french which I do not.

This was a great park a little bit cramped and there’s no Internet but other than that it’s pet friendly up to two dogs. There is no fenced in area to let them go out to the bathroom, which is difficult. You have to walk them until they go. The pool and the common area is nice was not too fond of the area where the park is located there is the beach shop just 20 minutes away which is beautiful and you can shop and go on the beach. We had a 25 foot we got help putting it in our spot

We would like to say we appreciate you had a site for us to stay 2 nights. It was one of your over-flow sites. We have a big 40ft class A and we fit just barely, but I would suggest your maintance guys go in there and clear it out from all the brush and limbs. Your park is really packed. We had to go around the block from stopping at the office at checkin. I didn't know if we were going to make it around a couple of the curves. When a park is sooo packed you have to pack all your extra grassy areas with vehicles that's sad. I think that's kinda what makes your park even more jammed up.😔 There really it's any place to keep clean or manicure. Everything is covered. Once again thanks for having that spot.

Paradise island get a 1 Star from me. Booked with them put a deposit. Called back an hr later to cancle and they kept my deposit. Told then ok I'll call my credit company and leave a bad review and was hung up on. Terrible terrible business ethics. Wrong I called you back at 5:00 yesterday that's why it was already canceled when I called again thus morning

I want to be fair with this review as the people were so incredibly nice here. There were a LOT of cons to the pros of staying here. As a Google Guide, I give you my honest opinion. Pros: Super Nice People run the park. There’s a beautiful pool area that even kids can enjoy. They have laundry as well. Price was decent for the area for a few nights and backing into our spot was easy. The landscaping is kept pretty pristine in there for the area that it’s in. They can accommodate lots of different RV’s. Cons: Ants. Ants. Ants. Ants. No, we are not a dirty RV. We keep food and water put away and clean up after every meal, but yet we were inundated with Ants so bad we had to buy spray our entire RV inside and out. We had to move animals outside and wait. When my husband mentioned the ant problem at check out the lady was like “yeah you should spray your tires and around your site”. This sort of information would have been helpful BEFORE we were inundated with them. Before check in. We were backed up to ant infested bushes and trees and a broken fence where car racing and loud music continued well past 3am. The laundry machines are credit card or ap only and DONT always work. Some People who live there leave their laundry in the machines for hours, wet or dry, and make people wait. We ended up drying two loads of laundry in our rv because they won’t let you dry clothes outside even tho their dryers wouldn’t work. Unfortunately, we will never stay here again. The ant problem was the worst of it for us. We’re still dealing with it. We’re grateful for a place to stay but hope they try better with travelers than they do. They cater to more full-time rv park folk, who get the great in-infested spots. If you don’t want to be back up to a broken fence and parking lot or a bunch of ant infested trees, ask ahead of time to be put in a different area of the park or just look elsewhere.

Jerry, Herb, and LA were such a joy and so patient helping me with multiple issues. The ladies in the office were equally as patient and amazing! Thank you all so much!
