AMAZING! Awesome staff, beautiful area. When we arrived a staff member came over to assist us with backing in our camper. Super helpful staff and just an overall amazing experience. If I could give 10 stars I would.

A pretty nice campground, fairly well maintained, with some great amenities like pool, hot tub, paddle boat rental, laundry, and more. The problem is the people - fireworks, even though the campground says they are prohibited, kept going off well beyond the quiet hours and waking me and my family. In addition to that, there's a train that goes through OOB frequently, and it was blasting its horn almost all night long. There was no sleep to be had. If other people weren't lacking in empathy, it would definitely be a better trip.

1/2 mile to Old Orchard Beach, with trolley 9-1 and 2-6. (It would be nice if the trolley ran earlier and later.) Bathrooms and showers are cleaner than the average campground and not coin operated. Only once did I have a problem getting a sink and never had to wait to get a shower. Some sites are better than others. Ours was a little swampy, but the bugs were actually not bad (they said they spray at the beginning of the season and treat the pond). Most sites were gravel, and they have a mix of sites with no hookups, water and electric, or RV style hookups. The gravel was not great for our tent camping, but probably preferable for RVs. Amenities were pretty good with hot tubs and pools, tiny shuffleboard, tiny basketball, tiny pickleball, and a dog park. I was expecting more activities (they have a rec tent, but nothing going on in it). Solar array is amazing and they have electric vehicle charging, which was really nice. Camp store is basic, but sufficiently stocked with fire wood, smores, toiletries, and drinks. They have an ice cream stand, but no real prepared food. Gate access only, so you get a pass at the beginning and end of your stay.

The folks who run this campground are awesome! We had a last minute change in plans & needed a site on short notice and they came through for us. Didn't expect a good site but the one we got (327) was perfect for us. Back in the wooded section of the park, nice and quiet, and near the bathroom/showers. The park has sites for every type of camper, waterfront RV or tent, wooded private sites, big rig friendly, cabins, you name it. Not only does the park have a lot to offer in terms of amenities, but the location is ideal. Despite the fact that it is set back in a quiet neighborhood, you can easily walk right to all downtown attractions. Can't wait to travel here again!

Last weekend we camped at Paradise Park. It was our first time there, and our first time camping with our new pop-up. We really liked the cleanliness of the park along with all the amenities. Also, the location was fantastic only being a 10-15 minute walk to the pier. We were able to bring our dog along as well which was nice. We camped with some family and friends so our party had several sites in a row. One family member had a tent so they were a little ways away from us and sadly they caught someone on there site one afternoon rummaging through their cooler. The person ran as they approached and it didn't look like they had taken anything, but still a crazy situation. While not the parks fault at all. It is a good remined to be careful as not everyone camping has good intentions.

I'm not surprised to read the positive reviews because this is an outstanding campground. I've camped here twice now as a solo male and I was never made to feel "weird" or unwelcome for it. Staff are all very friendly. Good vibes all around. For a tent site, the cost is quite reasonable compared to other campgrounds along the coast. Hot showers, strong wifi (hugely important if you work remotely as I do). Lake filled with bass and sunfish. It's really pleasant sitting on the white balcony and just looking out at the leaves as they change. Lots of critters, ducks, etc. 10 minute walk to the beach. I appreciate that they make great effort to make the tent sites really nice: lots of space, tons of shade, most are nice and level along the ground. Because I've found that most campground along the Maine coast mostly cater to the RV crowd. Ownership clearly takes pride in what they do and deserve a 5 star review.

Stayed July 21st 2022 I have been a camper for almost 40 years . I have stayed at well over 150 Parks in Canada and the USA this park is by far the biggest Rip off paid over $100 for the night and my neighbor paid $85 spoke to the office and to find out that the site fees change thru out the day Based on availability. The park is owned by investors not family I will never stay or recommend this park . I paid less at a park near Disney in Orlando

Very nice overall, good vibes and easy to arrange after checking hours key pick up. Nice and clean amenities. The camping spaces are a bit close to each other. The bright white lamps don’t close at night so it’s hard to sleep in a tent without something to cover you eyes.

This campground feels like home to me. Been coming here since I was a toddler, I just love it. Within walking distance of the beach, there is also a shuttle. Two playgrounds, two pools and three hot tubs. Games, movie theatre, and boat rentals provide so much to do when not at the beach. So lovely to walk or bike around, neighbors are always nice. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in campsite 24 right on the lake in front of the bath house, we did not see a lot of bugs which was surprising as we stayed literally right on the pond shore. I loved the set up of the camp, we paid 100$ Canadian a night, it was a reasonable price for a place with free showers, a pool and spa area and a theatre for dancing under the stars. This place is the best place to go to for families with children, or if you have pets! I will most certainly return again with my husband, and would recommend anyone r stay here, it’s only a 15 min walk from the beach! Firewood was 9$ Canadian a bundle and the wood was good quality / slow burning so it was reasonable for the price. Also adding fun this is a very safe place to stay with children as well, they take security very seriously🤗

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campground is clean and quiet and extremely well maintained. The lake in middle is such a nice feature as well. The Jacuzzi nice and hot and the campground is a short walk from town. Staff is very friendly

Place was very clean, quiet, pool and jacuzzi was nice to go to after a day at the beach. Close enough to walk to beach. All down hill to beach minor uphill grade back to camp ground. Only about 10-15 minute walk to beach. Also have a shuttle to and from beach. Small store with essentials. I definitely recommend camping here.

This was our first time camping at Paradise Park after a recommendation from a friend. Although it rained, a lot, the whole time, we still really enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend here. The staff was super friendly. The grounds and facilities were extremely clean. We enjoy our soggy weekend so much so that we booked another trip before we left with hopes that we can fully enjoy the grounds in the warmer/drier weather.
