The little cabins get the job done for the price. Mini-fridge, microwave, and beds. There are on site restrooms, showers, and laundry.

This is a very basic RV Park. Quite outdated but clean. It is my go-to park when I want to be out of the high price Brice canyon area. It's self service, the hookups have always worked properly every time I have visited. I enjoy the extreme quiet in the park. I don't know their formal rules, but this seems more of an adult grown up Park. Not a lot of noisy kids running around and also not any campfires as I don't see any fire rings. Basically, gravel lot with nicely divided sites. Come for the quiet and the good price and you'll be happy! If you need playgrounds swimming pools campfires, etc you may choose to look elsewhere.

We spent a couple of nights. FHU just $30. All gravel drive thru sites. Self serve pay at the front building. Nice views in rural America. Nice place for this country couple and dogs. Cabins available also.

Very cheap prices and they have what you need, but it's a very run down place. They have a RV dump and water, so that's a good stop for travelers. We've spent a couple of nights there before and it was fine. It's pretty much a self serve place.

A little rundown and looks abandoned from the street. Bathrooms needs a huge remodeling but campsites were nice. I liked the gravel pits for the tentsites. Definitely needed some tlc but not bad of a place to stay if you don't mind the rusted, broken down cars along the perimeter

We just finished our stay at your camp ground. I was 100% disappointed in our stay. The bathrooms were so disgusting that we could not even use them. The women's toilets were clogged for 2 days!!! The floors were never swept or mopped. There was dirt and dead bugs in the light fixtures. It was the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in!!!!! The playground is not safe or a playground for that matter! It's an old shack that should be torn down and replaced. There was never a worker around if you needed something. We will never be staying here again!

Price was reasonable but you had to pay with cash or check. We checked in and as we were gin information 2 dogs came out and started licking my legs. The manager told us to look around and pick a spot. So we did. Sites are not long enough for our 30 foot trailer and our van to be in it and really aren't wide enough for us to park our van parallel. Sites were very narrow and each site is marked on the side by irrigation hose. We could not even put our awning out all the way as the sites were too narrow. Like most camping places in the west this one had gravel for a pad but it was packed down pretty good and level. The restrooms could use work. One of the 3 stalls was taped shut. One day the other 2 didn't have any toilet paper in them. On the second evening there we were eating supper outside and another worker came up and told us we needed to go and register and pay. I politely informed her that we had already done so, in fact we had reservations so our paperwork was already completed before we got there. She kept insisting that we needed to go back to the office. I refused and she said she would go look for our paperwork again. Since she never came back I presume she found it. Although we were not told this, in the rules it says you will be charged extra to run your ac or electric heaters. I really wouldn't stay here again if I had another choice. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Stayed 5 nights in a 40' class A with tow vehicle, and probably won't stay again. Stayed this time because it's less expensive than surrounding campgrounds and we needed good AT&T cell coverage. Because it was cooler weather, a 30-amp site worked fine and was less expensive. Some sections of the park were recently landscaped (looked good), but others have broken down cars and piles of junk. Wifi performance is poor, but great AT&T cellular in the area, laundry room was satisfactory. At best, I would consider this an overnight, "I need to get off the road" type place.
