They bought our park, raised the rent, tried to impose a bunch of rules written in the 70's to current residents and do not reply to maintenance requests! My A/C has been acting up for over a year, fixed it twice myself and is now completely dead. We have 95°F weather right now ... it's just ridiculous. Raising rent again in January. This company is a cancer that should irredicated.

If I could mark 0 stars i would. Terrible people. Taking advantage of low income and elderly. Have lawsuits against them. Raising rent unfairly, not disclosing information. No maintenance, no yard care.. might be no trash service this week as well. Also have no empathy. Let a seizing women lay on hot concrete as they continued to try and ger us all tosign papers and get our info. No one should sell to them, and no one should be living with them as the owners of a property

I've been fighting with them over 2 months over a wrong charge to my account and they're telling me I must pay it they can't change it. Obviously these people are a bunch of crooks. It seems like issues is common. The good ones on such a few count I think are not real accounts

If you don't mind your lot, rent going up every single year, this is the place for you. They quit maintaining trees, a major hazard. Management doesn't reply and the front of the park near the office smells like Marijuana. Meanwhile rent has almost doubled in 3 years without anything to show for it and they make you pay the park's tax bill each year. I couldn't give my mobile home away at this point.

This was a nice place to stay...very friendly people.... but because of maintenance man throwing rocks on the sides of our motorhome and chipping our paint with the weed eater and my husband reported it we were asked not to return for the next year! According to the letter we were sent it was turned over to the insurance company and was denied....now we didn't expect them to file a claim .. mostly we wanted an apology for doing this especially when the man had been asked not to weed eat our site again after the first time he did it....how would they have responded if it was their vehicle?
