There is a 4-legged pest in the park that disturbs the neighborhood (morning, afternoon and evening)

I'm interested in knowing how much a mobile home costs there, if the price includes land, and which ones are for sale?

I have a huge tree in front of my house that overlooks the airport road. Huge branches are falling all over my parking lot, on my car and my roof that I had redone 2 years ago. In addition, some are falling directly into the street. It is very dangerous if a car passes at the same time. It would have to be cut down in half. I paid $65.00 for authorization from the city. I called Hydro Quebec and they told me that it is up to the owner of the land to take care of the cutting. I called her to explain the situation, and no response so far. If it ever breaks my car or causes an accident on the road, she will be responsible.

We love our beautiful little house which, for our budget, allows us to have a piece of land, trees, birds. Today...we have just been informed that the daughter of the former owners, Mrs. Guylaine Robitaille, is planning a nasty surprise for us which would force us to buy our little lot for the "modest" sum of $100,000...it is disgusting and shocking. We suggest in the coming months that we plan to hire a lawyer and fight as a group (about 250 houses). As a group, we will be able to discuss.

This place is very very unorganized the management of the property are very rude and obnoxious you pay over $700 a month to rent your space for your home and you have no amenities except for a gate remote opener they go up on your lot rent every six months this development is now a 55 + Senior living development so you have no value in reselling your home b value for home is dramatically less now for a senior on social security you will have a hard time paying for your lot rent on top of purchasing the home so my market value of my home has decreased drastically they are also discriminating against certain individuals they make up rules that they don't follow themselves!!!
