We stayed at Octopus Parc near Lac Saint-Jean and absolutely loved the experience! The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfectly located for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. Our chalet was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay — a great balance of comfort and rustic charm. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, and it’s a wonderful spot for families, couples, or small groups. The area around the parc offers plenty of activities — from swimming and kayaking in the lake to hiking, biking, or just sitting by the water and enjoying the view. Overall, Octopus Parc is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the natural beauty of Lac Saint-Jean in a relaxing environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to outdoor activities and local charm

Misrepresentation : this ‘aquatic’ center has No pool, NO beach. Rooms have NO access to TV , NO internet! The advertised restaurant is closed. Reception desk supposed to be open advertises to go to white tent to obtain service, but the white tent is closed! Open Office hours are not advertised. Same absence of tv access in neighbouring chalet and room! Same frustration next door. The ONLY quality: room is clean.

Beautiful campground with an amazing inflatable water park. The kids had an absolute blast. There is also a huge tent with games for everyone. The staff is genuinely nice and helpful. Their were kind and eager to help make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The family room was well laid out, with everything we needed to cook our meals, air conditioning, one double bed and two single beds.

We visited Parc Octopus in summer 2021 and 2022 while visiting family. The water game is unique and great for the whole family. The mini chalets are well furnished and convenient. An arcade-like gaming area and a restaurant were great additions in 2022. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and understood all of the instructions, even though English is not commonly used in the area. In addition to spending the day at the Octopus, we also highly recommend making a stop at a viewpoint just 5 minutes driving away. The view of Lac Saint Jean lake is absolutely breathtaking. Finally, we also recommend a visit to the farm Ferme Mornarque, which is a 15 minutes drive from the Parc Octopus in the other direction. You can purchase fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables there. If you're in the area, we highly recommend giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Stayed here one night with a group of 25 cyclist on a self supported tour around the lake. Blew our expectations! Stayed in a cabin and they are fantastic! Clean, small kitchenette, great pressure in shower They did us an all you can eat pizza dinner - pizza was excellent! ( we arranged this ahead). Friendly and helpful staff. And they have a great water feature and swimming, rent all sorts of bikes and boats. It’s a fun place.

The water game is fun, as for the tent site, it's unfortunately quite the opposite: you will have to pitch your tent 3 feet from the neighbor and 5 feet from the parking lot. Users of the water feature will dry off on your camping table and you will have to make a fire with your neighbors because they are common fire tubs. A light is projected on the tents all night and you will have to endure music coming from the reception all day. Otherwise for a peaceful sleep it is impossible because you are a few feet from a main road.

I have rarely had so much fun in an outdoor water park, in the middle of a lake. The inflatable games and various challenges will appeal to the whole family, from 6 to 66 years old. Well done, spectacular!

The campsite has only been open for a very short time, so I will take the time to add the positives and negatives of this place. The positive points : The owner is super smiling and attentive to your questions / problems as well as the members at the reception. A special mention for the security guard, who is super adorable and always there in case of problems. The negative points: The toilets have no mirrors The toilets have no wall outlet The toilets have no bins inside each toilet. Being a mixed toilet, it's a bit inconvenient for half the population to have to come out of the toilet with a sanitary napkin to throw it next to the sink. Only one activity possible in the campsite, but paying, which seems illogical to me and not inviting to stay several days. No beach, and the water is super deep, so impossible to enjoy the water after 5:00 p.m. Impossible to have wood after 5:00 p.m. (no one is there anymore) The land is completely public, during dinner people, who only come for the water games, use our dining table EVERY day. You have to ask for access to a fire pit, it should be automatic on every court. If you leave the campsite before 5:00 p.m., you will have no parking space, because in addition to using your dining table, the customers of the water games also use your parking lot EVERY day. Three days without hand soap in the toilet, quite amazing, especially during this pandemic. Note that the campsite is located next to a highway, so the atmosphere is not conducive to relaxation. We stayed 9 days, and our experience does not deserve more than 2 stars.

The idea is great. The expérience with the staff terrible. They will harass you for the life jackets if they don’t have enough for all the customers they let in. Even if the decks you sit on are on deep water and you have small children that should wear a life jacket at all time for safety, thé staff will Ask for them back!!!! However my perception is that they decided to harass my family for the day even while other people walk out of the games into the camping area with their life jackets!!!! They had young girls working there of about 10 years old as well. The game can hold up to 140 people, they didn’t have enough life jackets for each paying customer…. Time to invest on your business in the name of safety I don’t recommend this place.
