Excellent location. Beautiful river running at the base of the RV Park. Nice area for dogs. There was even a deer at dusk. Jill met us upon arrival to confirm everything was okay. The hottub was available, but we didn't use it. We would definitely stay again

We were very disappointed in stay. We originally booked three nights but needed to adjust to one night to get over Donner Pass ahead of a snowstorm and return home for a medical appointment after three months on the road. I emailed the resort with this change request but received no response. When we inquired at check-in, the manager very rudely said there would be no refunds on this short of notice. The tone and attitude were uncalled for—by far the worst treatment we've experienced in 18 years of RV travel. The only reason we booked three nights was because we received an automated text offering 10% off for extending our stay. In the end, we paid $290 for one night, even though we made every effort to adjust the reservation in advance. What’s even more frustrating is the communication setup. It’s extremely misleading to allow online reservations and send automated texts and emails, yet make the only way to correspond with the office via phone. This is poor business practice. Most RV parks are either phone-only (typically smaller or older ones), or—if they have an email or texting system—you can actually use them to communicate conveniently. When you’re leaving early in the morning before the office opens, being able to email or text a quick question or update should be standard. As for the site itself: calling this place a “resort” is a stretch. Our “Premium Back-In Site” had a cracked and caved-in pad that made it impossible to level our RV. The sites are packed so tightly that sitting outside puts you next to your neighbor’s sewer hose. And the constant freeway noise is impossible to ignore. The view is nice from the premium spots but not worth $100/night. Policies are one thing—but how guests are treated matters. Based on other reviews, it’s clear there’s a recurring issue with management here. We won’t be back and will recommend fellow travelers avoid this park as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this campground in Park City! The facilities were clean, the location was great, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the owners. Not only did they give us excellent recommendations for bike trails in Park City, but they also went out of their way to share great trail suggestions in Fruita, Colorado, where we were heading next. Highly recommend this campground to anyone visiting the area—thank you for such warm hospitality!

While checking in we asked if there was a choice in campsites. We were met with a firm NO. This is a campgrounds next to Interstate 80 sandwiched between a Ford dealership on one side and an industrial park on the other. You can hear the road noises all day long. There are no trees or walls to attenuate the sound from I-80. The rates were premium...I recall $100 per day. We had a concrete slab, picnic table and a small patch of grass on our full hookup site. The common area facilities compared to a KOA. One member of the staff could use some customer service training. The manager seems like a nice fellow. If you want a close location to Park City and need full hookups this place is ok. We camped around the area at Jordanelle and Wasatch State Parks which had electric and water and a dump station. They were more picturesque and about $45 dollars a day. There was no swimming pool and laundry but the beauty was astounding. This is not to diss the Park City RV resort. It is what it is. Like many of the private campgrounds around the country they have been gobbled up by a corporate entity that makes a few changes and jacks the rates up. As a comparison, during the time we stayed at this resort condo rentals for 2/ 3 bedroom units were about $150 per night in the area.

We had a pleasant stay at the park. Booking was easy, checking in was nice and smooth too. The lady at the front desk was very nice! Spots are all concrete and spacious. We were able to use the pool and hot tub for the weekend. Very nice and well maintained park. Our spot was back in but was easily accessible with our 45' rig. Close to many trails and activities in the mountains and only about 5 minutes from groceries/restaurants. Would stay here again!

Conveniently located although the Hwy traffic is super loud, although it does quiet down a bit at night. If you are a light sleeper, this will be a problem. We were there in March to do a little Spring skiing so things aren’t typically in full swing. It looks like they are opening up a lower level away from the Hwy so it might be quieter. Lots of mud I’m sure due to construction. Bathrooms were open; clean and showers available. Laundry was accessible. Again, clean facility. We did like the hot tub after skiing for the day. I’m sure the pool would be nice in the summer. Booking and check in were pleasant. I’m sure it’s an adequate spot for a few days, but that noise doesn’t make for a level “10” stay.

I have a completely, frame up, restored 1971 Airstream (you could shave in your reflection in the shell of this thing) that I tried to stay here with during Sundance (before it went online :/ ). They declined my booking and insisted on seeing exterior and interior(?) pictures of my rig to deem whether or not it was worthy of staying at their park. I’ve had a better time dealing with my HOA. They ultimately declined me due to a rule they have about 10+ year old trailers. You are a trailer park, not the Ritz Carlton. Know your clientele….

Best place to park your RV in that area, safe, great lots, good hook ups, water, electric and dump.

Courteous professional service. Got a spot next to the creek on the third level down the hill. Really lovely. Park was very clean. Amenities were on the top level so too far from us to enjoy easily.. They have done a great job with the land they have.
