Me and my children were put in an unfortunate situation and had to find ourselves a safe place to stay. The owners were absolutely amazing! They truly care, about their property and the people that frequent it. Genuinely nice people with good hearts. As for the room themselves they each have their own different character they are older in the sense of their design but they are comfortable and it's definitely an experience of nostalgia. Don't judge a book by its cover! You just might miss out on the best story of your life! For I am forever grateful for my time at the park place! It was our home away from home for a short while and it truly felt that way! 💙🏆

i stayed in one of their motel rooms for 2 nights. i just want to say that the management was super nice and accommodating. that said, everything else is pretty bad. it's a bad part of town, you're gonna see homeless people. i also got the feeling that the other guests were long term / low income folks. the room locks are electronic, and the doors do NOT have deadbolts. at one point i thought i'd closed the room door and it just sort of popped open on its own. no deadbolt, and the lone chair in the room was too short to jam up under the door handle. i just did not feel safe. doors, cabinets, and fixtures (radiators) could use a fresh coat of paint. the toilet tank lid had multiple cracks that had clearly been repaired with adhesive. i found and smushed a roach climbing up the wall. if i'd seen a second one, i would have vamoosed. i texted the manager about it and did not hear back from them until late the next day. the best thing i can say is that it was quiet, the small TV worked, the air conditioner worked, and the wifi was ok. i think it would be an ok place if they invested in some maintenance, put deadbolts on the doors, and got their bug problem under control. all of these things i might have overlooked at $30 a night place, but at $80 a night i expect more. i would not recommend it to friends and family. the management really is super nice, the facilities just need some update and care.

The owners are awesome, the renters are usually great people, it's nice and quiet and clean. There's no room for error when driving through the motel and there are a few trash diggers that come in and out regularly who occasionally take off with people's things but otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. There are no showers or bathrooms for RV space renters, so it's best to have yours in working order.

I lost my cat as we were getting ready to drive back to Seattle, so I ended up staying an additional three nights to look for him. Everything was okay at first, but the last day I felt completely rushed to get out of the room (this was long before checkout)…it was insensitive and there was no reason for it. There were many empty rooms and no cars left in the parking lot. I didn’t find my cat and I won’t give them my business again.
