What a nice welcome. We only just arrived here yesterday and "Randy" met us very warm just outside the office door. This is obviously a happy place and the facilities look very inviting. Great spaces with concrete pads. I'll post more later after we are here for awhile.

If you're a Winter Texan looking for a place to call home, look no further. I spent two seasons as a WT then sold my home and made PARK PLACE ESTATES my full-time residence. You cannot find a better community than this with all the amenities they have to offer, activities for all ages, a chef at the famous "Pete's Eats", a woodshop, quilting and crafts, Church Services on Sunday morning and so much more. The Staff are amazing from the park office to the grounds keepers always willing to assist and go above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. Lastly, you will not find a better group of residents in the RVG. So, come on down, join the fun!

Unfortunately our grandma passed and we hard to go clean her house out. The staff were nothing short of amazing with helping us with any and everything. The people in the park were so wonderful! A special thank you to randy and his wife. They even made sure we were picked up from the airport. THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING. It meant a lot to my siblings and I. With love, Samantha solum

Asked directions in the park...some people couldn't be bothered to help. Found where we were to go and only one person acknowledged we were there. It does look like a large well maintained park.

Could not get in for a special christian event. And no one would answer the phone number on the gateway. Some of our friends left because of this and missed our memorial.
