Beautiful site and spacious activity area. The only downside is that I-20 is only about a mile away and some traffic noise can be heard at night.

We camped in site 2, enjoyed being near the restroom building plus playground. Loved that laundry was free (no quarters needed) but definitely missed no wash sinks. Being a lakeside campground, all suits are going to need a good rinsing from muddy water. There are tents sites, too. Curious what those tent campers did for washing dishes if they forgot a dish pan. Bathrooms/showers were very nice/almost brand new with lots of towel hooks, benches and hot water. Hand soaps in most bathrooms stayed empty the whole holiday weekend. Beach and fishing docks were great! In future visit, I'd probably pick site 1 (better lake view) or site 51 (lakeside).

Can't wait to go back! The RV site fee included electric & water hook up, dump station, and use of public bathroom with laundry. Very well kept area.

The camp host were great folks. Camping sites were very nice and easy to back into. Kayaking on the lake was easy to access from the boat ramp.

Beautiful, forested State Park located on a reservoir lake, with a boat ramp. Clean bathrooms and laundry areas,(2 located, 1 at each end). Nice playground! Just wish I had a boat!!
