Awful roads. Management for the park is handled poorly. They try to make you do things out of your contract/lease after they have agreed to terms. Garbage can only be collected in one can. no more than that! So if you have a family be prepared to take your own garbage out. Even though you pay for the service. Roads will kill your car and this is just off the top of the head. Please reconsider moving here unless it's a last resort.

Rent is a little high roads need to be fixed but have lived here for over 11 years and ppl are very friendly making it a nice place to live.

Most expensive lot rent in town. They do not take care of the roads making them dangerous in the winter. Driveways and yards flood during rain.
