Dog Owners BEWARE! Early April 2025 our “Granddog” was ATTACKED by one of the park’s full time residents’ great dane! My daughter’s fur baby, who is a small medium size hound mix weighing only about 45 pounds, had to have 6 stitches to close her neck wound! The attack was UNPROVOKED! We were THREE rv spaces away on the back side of their rv, just taking a walk around the park on the campground road when the dane, which “had a leash on” but was unattended and untied at the owner’s rv. The owner only came out after hearing mine and my daughter’s yelling and screaming trying to get the dog to stop! The owner and what was maybe a park host who also showed up, but didn’t immediately offer an apology, or help, only excuses. After my daughter got her dog to the emergency vet (thank God just up the road), I went to report this attack to the office. I get met with excuses… “…her dog has never done that…”, “…we have never had a problem like this before…”, “…she was just here and said her dog was on a leash…”. My response to the leash remark was “…a leash does no good without someone actually holding it..” ZERO cares given! ZERO apologies! ZERO offers to do anything by office. And the manager was sitting in his office listening - not saying a word and not even looking at me while I talked to lady at counter… I know what everyone is thinking… Great Danes are gentle giants, they don’t do this…blah, blah, blah…Well, who in the … keeps a great dane in an rv less than 200 sq feet! And if you are still wondering…guess what: “While Great Danes are known as "gentle giants," they are not inherently an aggressive breed, but individual dogs can exhibit aggression due to factors like training, socialization, and temperament..” and “Like any dog breed, Great Danes can display aggression, especially if they lack proper socialization, training, or if they feel threatened or provoked.” these statements are per a simple Google search…And Again, this dane was NOT provoked! The owner did pay for the vet bill, but only after I told her she could follow my daughter to the vet…but that's beside the point, we would have paid the bill no matter what as this was our baby! But the vet bill should never have happened if this dog was properly restrained or, here’s a novel idea, either walked and socialized constantly or better yet kept in a house with a huge yard if you choose not to exercise them! Do not take your beloved pets much less any small children to this rv park! We will never stay here again and will make sure we tell all our rving buddies to keep driving on down the road!

I have stayed here at least 10 over the years. This is an old time rv campground, no swimming pool, pickle ball court, spa. Has a lot of trees, good windbreaks, safe, and friendly. Has Full hookups, concrete pads at a reasonable price. Near a Walmart and dining. The bathrooms are clean. Will stay there again.

We moved here in April of 2024!! This is our first time doing the whole RV living! I have to say we are loving it here and so are our kids! Everyone is very friendly and they are family oriented!! They have a pool, you can fish, a little store, banquet room, and a pool table! They also put on events for holidays for park! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting or already doing the RV thing!

We have been here a little over two months and have been very happy with our experience. The staff has been great and from the beginning were very helpful. We chose our own site since there were plenty available and I think we chose the best one for us. It is level with enough room for our needs. A few sites need some work and have broken concrete pads but I believe they are working on those issues. Most of the sites are in good condition. There's a pool and laundry facility. They also offer on site propane refill which is quite convenient. No issues so far with power or water. We have felt very safe here as well and the neighbors have been great too.

I stopped here due to 5 star ratings. I don't get it. It's the worst camp we stopped at since California. Needs a lot of maintenance. Uneven and broken pads couldn't get camper level no matter how hard I tried, water pressure was 80 to trickle, 50 amp power 109 on one branch, 2 dead cockroaches in men's room. Sewer cap missing, etc. I don't mean to be-grade the place. It's 5 star for some just not for me. I didn't mention it to mgr, just a place to drop anchor.

It's not a resort, but it's just what my wife and I like! Trees, very clean, full hookups, all amenities, bathhouses, laundry, game room, and beautiful terrain for quiet camping near Gulfport/Biloxi, MS. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it for one night near I-10 or long term for Summer fun on the coast. They give Good Sams & Military discounts. Super Deal at $40/nightly!

The park is decent & well located just outside of Biloxi, but a lot of expressway noise. Concrete pads that are cracked & broken. No hot water in the showers, and the laundry is VERY expensive! Full hook-ups with Wi-Fi & cable, but could only get a few channels

Was a nice little park not bad pricing for area but could definitely use updating camp pads are all broken up and need to be redone. Was quiet workers are friendly does not have any where for kids to play. I would stay here again.

Was a great place. Clean and safe. All the people working and staying here were so nice and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful place. Only downside was the laundry was crazy expensive. Highest prices I have ever seen. Still would return here.
