We camped here most of this summer and will be through the fall, while my husband works near by. Wonderfully kind owners! We’re there mostly during the week and it’s peaceful. Right off the trail. I appreciate the pool, pond and washer/dryer availability.

Caution: New ownership this year and it is definitely not an improvement. We have stayed here for years and never had a problem until this one. Didnt know the campground had been sold until we arrived here and it was too late to back out of our reservation. The Cabins which are just glorified campers are now labeled as "luxury" and are not being cleaned very well, we're found mouse poop in them and on the dishes. I can't think of a single luxury stay where you have to bring your own linen and bathroom handtowel and have all the surfaces covered with dust. Our reservation was messed up with the switch to the new online system, Jeff the new owner was dismissive and unhelpful upon arrival. We had four families staying and despite booking sites all close together a year in advance he moved us so that we were spaced far apart all around the campground which was super inconvenient to manage as a group. When I went to talk to him about it he acted like he could be bothered less. My advice if you're looking for a nice campground is to head up the road a couple miles to Hatfield instead, it costs that same and is much cleaner, quieter, and the staff is great.👍

Good campground. Don’t let the ATVs fool you, this is a quiet campground. Jeff was awesome - answered questions and took care of things quickly. The luxury cabin we stayed in was very nice and a great price. Free amenities, which was amazing. Campground was not crowded, which was great for our large group as we were able to use the amenities together. Jeff and his family seem to be giving the place the TLC it needs and we look forward to seeing what they do with the place in the future. 10/10 would stay again.

Broke down at the Cenex across the pond. Needed to have the truck towed but wasn’t sure what to do about the camper. Look around and there is a campground across the way. Call the main number and the owner Jeff answers. He had a spot for us for a few days. He even came over to pick me up on the golf cart to get me all checked in and stake out the spot. Drove me back to the truck and camper. Thankfully the truck was able to make it to the campground with the camper. Jeff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we spoke. Very personable and accommodating as well. Kid friendly place. Very quiet at night, even being next to a highway. Reasonable prices for full hook ups! ATV trail very close and a well kept campground! Will stay here again if I am ever up this way!
