I have some school kids i pick up here - clean area

Most unpleasant "management". Uncooperative management who raise rent and utilities every year without any upkeep on properties, tree trimmings, now they're taking down everyone's car ports and sheds that were supposed to a reason to live here.

Take your business elsewhere.

Wonderful place to to stay. Shower house laundry, dog park, and playground

The location was really run down and down right messy. Fences are fallen down,carports in really bad shape.

They need better care and less stupid control of rules, they ain't worth all this. 2/5/22 I want to apologize to you all reading these and to the people owning and running the care of the mobile park. I wrote the wrong review to you all so sorry 🥺. I was confused about which park it was. Again so sorry😔! Your park is very clean and quiet. My nefuew and his family are very happy there. We found this RV community by mistake and it has been a great mistake. Nice community, very quite and clean. Brenda and her husband are very accommodating and have made our stay great!! If we come back through we will definitely stay here again!

First of all the keepers Del & Brenda are super friendly and so is Bill their assistant keeper. The property is very well kept and everything has worked great.
Except for the washer and dryer😏 I have no complaints. I am staying here for work, it is peaceful and right next to a beautiful park/golf course.

I've lived here for over 8 yrs. And the place continues to go down hill. They don't want to fix anything and if u complain management says if u don't like it move. Terrible managers and managed by Tower Management which isn't much better. Owners live in California so it's probably a tax write off for them. Used to be the most elite, with a swimming pool and long waiting list. Lot rent is about $260 per mos. And u get nothing. If u move in here make sure everything they promise u is in writing. Sheds are falling down n they don't care. If my trailer wasn't so old I'd move it. People are moving out right n left
