No site manager. Only amenities are weak WI-FI and coin laundry. Oh wait they offer concert pads as extra charge. If something like a water or electric problem happens it takes days if not weeks to fix.So keep your tanks full and batteries charged if you staying more than a night!

Do yourself a favor and get a mailbox with UPS, USPS refuses to deliver packages until the owner gets a community box. If you have more than 1 vehicle, its best to pick a site with a concrete pad. The gravel sites are too narrow unless both vehicles are small. He had us move right away as he was worried about his grass and didn't want anyone parking on it (we weren't, but others park on it with no issues apparently). Definitely well monitored with security cameras, dumpster emptied every Monday, fair price with everything included. If you pay monthly you will not be reimbursed if you have to leave early.

I've stayed at Parkwood several times now, as I travel through this area a couple of times a year to visit family. Always easy, and located very near to all kinds of amenities. Ken is always available, and has been really responsive to any questions I had. I've stayed on the limestone pads on the west side, and on the new concrete pads on the east side as well. Both are great, and he has 30 and 50 amp service. This place is super clean, quiet, and has fantastic WIFI. I recommend this to anyone. Thanks Ken! Great Place!

This is one of the best spots I have ever come across while traveling for quick stopping point on a long trip. Easily found, easy access and the camp host Ken could not have been more polite and helpful. On a side note, site 43 where we were at was the most level site I've ever set up in. I literally pulled up and BAM!! Absolutely perfectly level which is a big deal when you've been traveling all day and not looking forward to any extra work setting up.

This is a great place to stay, both sides of the park are finished. Now you have plenty of choices between back into or pull thru.it is very convenient for shopping or delivery.

Parkwood RV Park is the perfect location for any military family living seperate. Husband is stationed at Columbus while the rest of our family resides in Florida. The park is close to "downtown" Columbus, affordable, quiet, safe and provides an ease of access to base. There are a lot of year round campers at the park, but no trash trailers! The grounds are clean and we appreciate that. There is video surveillance of the campground which provides a sense of security. The manager has always been quick to respond to emails and willing to assist. Monthly rates include wifi...another bill payment saved!
