Pavilion 201 was clean and ready to go when our party arrived. The playground was within walking distance as we're the restrooms. There was plenty of space for our party of 60, which included many young children who had ample room to run and play. Great time had by all.

Beautiful park. Campsites. Neat trails. Fun playground/ tire park. Nature center with classes. My toddler granddaughter and I met our group of friends for a picnic. We loved that the table was shaded.

Trails to run and hike as you wake up. Deer and foxes walking around at dawn and dusk. Very peaceful and beautiful!

Fun tire park! The kids enjoyed it. Very shaded so good on a hot day. There is a well maintained bathroom. It is part of a camp ground and you have to pay to drive in. $3/person but kids in carseats or boosters are free.

First time here, enjoyed the hike. Lots of people out enjoying the beautiful day which was nice, but harder to find peace and quiet. Not impossible tho! There were easily accessible areas to swim and take coolers to enjoy the nice weather which was cool. Good for a hot day with a lot of good trails with tree coverage. Down in the valley it gets much hotter of course. Cost $3 for parking for the day for one person.

We enjoy the overlook in this area, with the wide view of the beautiful trees. The playground is small, but there are some great places to walk and hike around. We have returned many times to admire the trees, especially in the fall. The trail was not as clear as usual the most recent time we went, but we could still find our way. Some of the trails are pretty steep here, so not great for young kids, but good for older kids and adults who enjoy hiking.
