RVers should be aware that the park accommodates trailers up to 24 feet and motorhomes up to 27 feet, ensuring a cozy, intimate atmosphere for smaller rigs.

A shell of a place that once was. I didn't stay there, I just drove by. Very run down with broken down vehicles without windows and garbage. Looks like they went out of business or the last owners ran out into the ground. Most be a sad story and was a cute place.

For many years we have stayed here in room six I believe, top floor, every year we got the same room. We were called the rock hounds. We have witnessed an exchange of ownerships three times . And each one of the managers that oversaw the duties of renting out, they all were so polite, the rooms were done right, they cared for your needs, and they all loved us as we did them ! A very fun and awesome experience each time we went there twice a year, just to go to agate beach, sunup to sundown, they would always make sure that we were safe and sound from our long days of agate hunting. They all went above and beyond their way to ensure we had a happy and carefree stay. The owners would come by sometimes and ask how we were fareing and if we were satisfied with the services. That has always been a big hearty yes! Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful management! A five star from us, the rock hounds.

These people are theifs! The "owners" Mark and Nicole entered our room while we were gone and stole from our room. They allow drug users, child molesters and people running from the law to stay in the vacant rooms at no charge or in exchange for "work". Nice big bathtubs but you couldn't use it because it would "leak into the room below", so only small dinky showers. The water pressure sucked. The temperature goes from boiling to freezing and back constantly. There is no inbetween. The ceiling was covered in black mold. The room had fleas jumping in the windows. The beds had bugs or something. There was a horrible musty smell. And they refused to refund my money when I chose to take my children to safer accommodations.

We got there are blanket smelled like smoke 🚬, and ppl were down out rude. Letting kids run wild and yelling for them or lettting them play with toys on the top when known in there guest underneath. At the price you pay its a rip off.

Room smelled, carpet was filthy as was bathroom. No ice available. For $69 was a ripoff. I would not stay here if it was free. I would advise against ever staying here again. Go about 5 miles further to town an stay there.
