Stayed here for a year. Park is nice and in a good area. Upon exiting the park to move, the process seemed difficult because the current manager rarely answered. Guess you have to catch her in person to talk. Shared electricity charges are always outrageous. Our 30 amp RV was averaging $200 per month with only a small minisplit running at 76 degrees using a propane water heater. Our last bill was $300. Doesn't add up. They don't show you any books on usage .maybe this is why the manager doesn't answer due to upset tenants. I will try to file a complaint for this...

Wow, I just had a great conversation with a very helpful agent, Jessica from Patriot Pointe. I'm looking for a rental or purchase in the Mission/RGV area. I worked in the Valley for 4 years back when I was starting my career. I want to move back and Jessica was very patient and helpful. It's reassuring that quality customer service still exists. My recent conversation with Jessica, a highly capable agent from Patriot Pointe, left me thoroughly impressed. I'm actively seeking either a rental or a property to purchase within the Mission/Rio Grande Valley (RGV) area. This region holds a special significance for me, as I spent four formative years working in the Valley at the outset of my career. The prospect of returning fills me with a sense of anticipation. Jessica's patience and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. She listened attentively to my needs and offered valuable insights into the current market. In an age where exceptional customer service can often feel like a rarity, her professional and supportive approach was incredibly reassuring. It's comforting to know that companies like Patriot Pointe, with agents like Jessica, continue to uphold high standards of client care. I'm optimistic about finding the perfect place in the Mission/RGV area with her guidance.

Stay away from this place if you are a contractor, electrician plumber or any trade. They don’t pay their invoices, they will give you fake emails and contact person and then they have no record of you ever invoicing since the invoice you send was send to the fake email they gave you in the first place. The property manager Amber has no people skills tries to talk over you like you’re the one in the wrong. Avoid head aches
