First I was told they didn’t give the advertised military discount to nightly stays. When I arrived I was given a packet that contained a card that said different. I didn’t find the card until we were leaving. There are NO pull-thrus even though this is also advertised. The spaces are long and level. There are a lot of fire ants. The maintenance man treated them after we told him. Someone was in our assigned site and we had to move. That was not a problem as there were several to pick from. That just tells me the office doesn’t really know who is where.

Nice, peaceful location few miles to Walmart, HEB, and several restaurants. My husband and I stayed at one of their cabins during the week for a few months while working on a project in Gonzales. The cabin is a small space, but it provides the essentials while working away from home and gives more privacy than being in a hotel. Recommend it for solo travelers or couples that fit in a full-size bed. It is not a hotel setting or vacation home setting, so do not expect housekeeping and bring your bedding, towels, plates, and all the things you use every day. It is reasonably priced for monthly stay, and their manager is very responsive and always helpful.

Lovely place. Mrs. Rita is just a sweetheart, and I'm grateful for her and the patriot rv. Update: My dad's been staying here a month, and he's so happy he found this quiet place. Update: Mrs. Rita is gone, and other than maintenance (good worker) , there is never anyone there to help. No office people are available 🙅♀️

We stayed at the Patriot RV park in Gonzales for 6 months. It is very quiet and the stars are beautiful at night! I always felt safe and the people are very friendly. Everything worked as advertised - electric, sewer, and internet. The washateria is clean and easy to download the app to pay and be notified when laundry is ready - if you want. There is a coffee machine and nice, albeit small, area in the mailroom to sit and have refreshments. The grounds are kept well. We enjoyed our time there.

We stayed here for a few weeks for my husbands work. Great quiet park and more affordable than others too! Back in spot was plenty of space for our two trucks and Rv. Laundry amenities were great! Rita is super helpful and so nice, we enjoyed staying here and would again if we need to return!
