We stayed one night and it was great. The facilities are clean and employees very nice. I would recommend paper towels in the bathrooms. We like to be able to clean up after ourselves and that’s hard to do without them. The WiFi worked seamlessly once I added our extender.

Staff are very nice. Over priced for what it is. Not a resort. But a nice campground gravel sites and gravel roads some tighter turns watch for trees getting to your site. Our site was close to level. Pool is nice. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay.

I made my reservation based on their site description. I have a 32’ class C with a slide out on each side, their description said that site 11 was acceptable for slide outs, it wasn’t! The site was so cramped, they couldn’t even provide a picnic table, however there were other sites that were much roomier and did have tables. I did ask if I could change sites but they said they were full. My main complaint is that they should better describe their sites! Other than this issue, it does seem to be a decent campground.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location! The rooms were expensive, but nice! Motel rooms became very expensive spring 2025 across most of the state! Had problems reserving a campsite for some reason. No problem when I arrived. It does count as a stay at a state or federal campground campsite! What a mess!!! The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful! It is important to have a very friendly relationship with camp hosts.... They are the law enforcement, the judge and jury!!! And most are great story tellers!

Great place to get out of the Phoenix heat! Nestled right in the middle of Payson, close to restaurants and shopping. RV spots were small but we found them to be adequate. The grounds are kept very clean and the atmosphere was quiet considering the proximity to the road. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

Loved this campground: easy yet secluded location and my site was private and close to the facilities. Was great for a quick and comfortable overnight. Could not get the internet to work but my phone was on 5G. Very pleasant and accommodating staff.

Have been here twice already. Very nice level sites, off the main road but you wouldn't know it when you get in the park. Very friendly staff, sites are well maintained, great facilities!

Nice flat sites for larger RV's. Flattest I've been at in AZ. In the middle of town but you wouldn't know it. The owners are nice and have a sense of humor. Hook-ups are close and well positioned regardless of where your rigs connection are. Not much of a view but lots of trees and wildlife.

Really nice RV sites in a Woodland area. Can’t really see your neighbors too well which is a good thing. They have a heated pool no food on site but there’s a restaurant across the street. The only down side is the pool closes at six.

Great park summer or early winter. Open all year and the only advise is if it gets cold enough, water will freeze till temp rises. Sandy and Brian were great friendly folks to work with. Nice big pull through. Dog friendly.

A very nice place with a central location in Payson. The pitches are flat and very well maintained. Nice and helpful staff, clean toilets, well maintained pool. We would come back!

This is an awesome little RV park. Lovely and quiet with space and nature all around. Didn’t feel like a parking lot which some RV parks can and the staff were lovely, communicative and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much and caught an amazing sunset!

Went to one of the tent sites here last weekend and had a blast. It was camping but better and with WiFi. They also had some of the cleanest bathrooms and showers I've ever seen. 10/10 would definitely recommend and come here again!

Beautiful setting for a campground. Roads are hilly and gravel but pose no problems. Sites were level, no issues with power, water or sewer. Well maintained, washrooms although we did not use our very clean. Staff is friendly. Pool was closed for the season. Campground is a good base camp to see all that is in the area. We camped here with a 30’ motorhome with toad in March 2022. Will come back.

Well groomed campsites, on terraces, with lots of shrubs/trees... you would have no idea it was located in town. Easy walking distances to several eating establishments & shopping. ( No need to unhook from camper!) Friendly staff! Escorted to campsite! Showers & bathroom facilities immaculate & functioning! We would definitely return!
