This place is amazing!! It's quiet and beautiful! It's well taken care of and run by a couple that really cares. They have let us borrow an adapter and helped our neighbors with a ladder and an extension cord. The shower house is always tidy. It was a such a help to us to have found it.

The owners were super nice, helpful and accommodating folks.šš» This campground is very quiet! There is a lovely creek that flows through. I did not visit the shower houses. The sites were a little closer than I care for. And there wasnāt much space in our area to outdoor activities. I got the feel that this camp was more of a seasonal site for summer not so much a weekend gathering for those enjoying our camping season. I mean nothing negative in that, (just my preference). Noticed maybe the back loop was more weekenders? Chose this campground because it was close to kayaking however, the rain has been insane, for these poor folks! Lots of flooding around town. So, kayaking not option. The one thing about this campground is you are definitely protected in the valley. Was nice to keep the awning out and not be so windy. The Wi-Fi is awesome. There are no phone calls, but texting iPhone to iPhone worked. Some sites back up to the creek which was neat! They have a nice playground for the kids.

What an awesome place! The owners couldn't be any friendlier and accommodating. Bath/shower house is a bit primitive but very clean! Very usable. There are some seasonal sites when you first drive in after the office, and temp sites and tent sites in the back. So cute is this place! Highly recommend if you want a peaceful place to camp and a woody space. Don't come here to get loud and obnoxious, you will be asked to leave!!

Beautiful spot just north of Mankato, Mn. Only reason I didnāt give 5āļø is because we were in a grass site and were asked not to use a rug. I understand the reasoning just stinks when you drag wet grass in. Wifi was wonderful. Even on the weekend when all sites were full we had reception. Owners are a sweet couple who do a great job maintaining the sites.

I was in water & electric back-in spot #17 for 3 days. This is on grass but level. There is a pretty creek behind the spot and there are little access points to get back there. The wi-fi was great in that spot. I was able to work so that was great. The bathrooms were clean and showers hot. There was a dump station on site and they have a hose there so you don't have to get yours out so that's nice. They just ask you to rinse it out when you're done. They recycle so that's good as a lot of times you don't find that to be the case. The only thing that was bad but understandable because of lo-cal was the mosquitoes. They were in abundance. I would have stayed longer but there were storms in the forecast and wanted to move on before they hit. I would stay there again.

We didnāt end up staying overnight here, as our plans changed, but the campground was super cute, well maintained, the owners were really nice and met us as we drove in. It seemed very quiet and the other campers were nice. There is ice and firewood for sale if you need it, a covered pavilion to hang out under, and it looked like each site had a fire ring. The sites were relatively close together, so if seeing your neighbor isnāt your thing, this might not be the place for you, but like I said, it was quiet, clean, and all the campers there seemed respectful.

The owners John and Karen and family are amazing and helpful! Not only are they helpful about the community, when our RV awning got caught and damaged in the wind they had resources to reach out to as well helped themselves and borrowed us their ladder and tools. John even dropped them off and picked them up. Very clean, organized and friendly campground!

Great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff meets you as you drive up and checks you in. 15 or so sites for weekenders. Sites don't have pads per se, you are allowed to park however works, and sites are slightly larger than most private campgrounds. Very shady, with tall trees around the perimeter that provide excellent afternoon and morning shade. Nice pavilion in the middle for gathering, but one star off for charging $3 for guests and no guest parking, making the pavilion useful only for gatherings of campers. Possibly the best campground wifi we've ever used, probably due to the small number of campers. Definitely enough to stream movies, etc. Which is great because there's almost no cell service because the site is in a small but deep valley. (And peaceful, hence the name?) Located super conveniently right off 169, yet set back far enough that you won't know it's there. Showers and restrooms, two shower stalls for each gender. Showers are fully enclosed which is nice for privacy but not good for keeping mold at bay, and there's lots of mold stains. Showers/restrooms cleaned 3 times/day. Would definitely stay again.

An extremely peaceful RV park. The front office people were extremely nice and helpful. The park is laid out well. You would be hard pressed to find a more serene place! The WiFi was great. We loved it! The restrooms are out dated a bit, but clean and very functional. Would definitely go back!

We called here and actually got to talk to someone. It was after 5. The had two spaces. They were very kind. They even came and helped us set up. They made sure that we had everything we needed. Told us to let them know if we needed anything. So peaceful. Very reasonably priced!! They even helped us get here from where we were. When we got here they acted like they were glad to see us. Compared to the other campground the difference is night and day!! Loved it, and definitely would recommend it!! Will definitely be back!!
