Love this place and will come again. 1. A few minutes walk to Peach Orchard beach, beautiful but still quiet. The beach has a dog park and a dog beach too, both fenced. 2. Lots of trees and shades compared with a lot other 3. Well maintained, almost no mosquito bites 4. At night, we sleep with natural white noise of running stream and buzzing bugs

An Absolute Disaster – Don’t Waste Your Money I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably bad that I feel like I need to warn others. I booked three nights at this campground and paid just over $100, thinking I was getting a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. What I got instead was an overcrowded, filthy disaster that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. There was no space—none. Every inch of the campground was packed with people, tents, RVs, and noise. The listing made it seem like there would be room to breathe, maybe even a bit of privacy. Total lie. It was like trying to camp at a music festival without the music. And the garbage? Everywhere. Overflowing bins, food wrappers, beer bottles, broken chairs—you name it. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in weeks. It was disgusting. I didn’t even stay the night. I took one look around, realized what a mess it was, and turned right back around. I basically threw away $100 for the privilege of being completely disappointed. Unless you enjoy camping in a chaotic landfill, don’t bother. This place is a joke.

Not a lot of privacy or separation between sites- this is the biggest drawback. Has a bunch of pickleball courts if that's your thing. Showers are decent. Laundry available but $10 a load (wash and dry). Location is good- beach is walkable distance. Sites are very sloped- incredibly hard to level our tent trailer here

Always a treat to stay here! Bathrooms are clean and well lit. Sites are clean and grassed! Great for tenting! We especially love the gurgling Creek that runs just behind our camp spot, it was nature's white noise machine 😀

staff is unhelpful, unkind, except for when it comes to nickle and diming you at every step. they’re there to take more money. zero campground etiquette. people parking in your in your site. kids (and adults) constantly passing through your campsite. most sites offer zero privacy. bathrooms are filthy. i don’t think it was possible for toilet paper to be this thin.

Been camping here since I was 6 years old (and my father camped here as a child too). It’s lovely, the RV sites are a great size (especially the ones up the hill from the office). No sewer hookup but a guy comes through weekly with a truck and you can pay to empty your tank. Lots of shade and greenery, friendly and helpful staff and close to everything you could need! Walking distance to the beach and you could walk into town if you’re up for a big hill.
