This campground is now Rio Grande Meadows. It is located right off Hwy 160. This campground has the basic amenities. Gravel sites with a picnic table and fire ring. There is no grass, only dirt and weeds in the non gravel area. Some sites back up to a cabin area. It had a nice dog park. Nature trail needs work but you can walk to the river and 2 ponds. We didn’t spend much time in the park, went fishing and site seeing, so it served its purpose. If looking for a park to hang out to enjoy the mountains, this isn’t for you. Nice enough park. Office is only open 11 to 4, and is sometimes closed during those hours.

Excellent RV park that is hard to spot going down highway. Park is well laid out with plenty of room in each space. Good water pressure from their well and power was good for our 50amp needs. AT&T has 3-4 bars of 5g, don't know about Verizon. Very nice walking trails and a big dog play area. Staff were excellent and Ron was very friendly and helpful. There is a powersports dealer across the street where you can buy or rent and they also rent small trailers We will be back here.

Great basecamp for us when we had just come back from camping in the national forest! Sites where larger than most private RV parks and the hosts took the time to spread out the RVs since this was at the end of the summer season. The park had great: 1. Dog park! Large, tree covered fenced area. Plus nice tree covered walk to the Rio Grande 2. WiFi for remote work! The WiFi in the campground was pretty solid, but the separate WiFi in the Saloon / Rec Center was even more spectacular! Plus, I was able to spread out for my online meetings. 10 out of 10 3. Laundry facility! Was clean and each load was around $1.75. Only had two washers and dryers.. but not busy at all. Plus, they provided the times for the wash / dry cycles. Overall, definitely recommend.

Great campground! Right on the Rio Grande. We stayed in January so it was very beautiful! They are open year round with full hookups. They have laundry, showers, and a common building which was old west themed. Very cool. They also had a walking trail down to the river and around the pond! Everything was super clean! The owners were very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
