Recently purchased a mobile home here to use as a rental property. The park is clean, the grass is cut, the speed limit enforced for the safety of children, and the manager is very responsive! Their requirements to even reside here are wonderful and put in place to keep everyone safe. I’m very happy with my decision to buy here.

I went to see some available homes. On the way in, I noticed how peaceful and charming the atmosphere was. MICHAEL takes care of all the business there on the property, and runs the office...he showed the homes and gave a very honest straightforward analysis of the homes that I was interested in, answered all my questions made suggestions concerning them. I ended up finding a home that I liked more than the one I originally went in there to see I did not feel rushed even though it was near the end of the work day for him. He has excellent communication and customer service skills, skills that I pay close attention too. Hopefully I will be a part of this pleasant well managed neighborhood. I encourage anyone who wants a place of their own that's affordable in a welcoming environment to consider Pecan Ridge.

Office manager is very courteous and up to date, the park has been quiet for years with no drama or noise. The trailers need a good pressure washing but overall it's great being there. I just wish there was vacancy for us ONCE in 5 years lol

Went to visit a friend and twice in one month and police showed up at two different homes. And the maintenance man was sneaking into an empty trailer and making a racket, come to find out, was taking copper out of the home. I had to ask and that's what drug addicts do for money. Ok, this is not a suitable place for families. Don't say you weren't warned. I'm glad I didn't have my kids with me... I left immediately!
