They could have had a better review, but it seems they just want to get money. The place is quiet and clean, there's no smell in the office anymore. However, if they penalize you unfairly for something, they don't show up to resolve the problem until the office closes. You write them emails and they reply with meaningless things, making you look like a fool.

If you want to be harassed for every single thing in a place you renting or buying, please come this way. Mobile homes look great in the outside but poorly in the inside. I visit family here n looking forward to rent since I'm moving soon, but after listening to what other tenants had to say, I've changed my mind. If you have any respiratory issues, handle your business outside the main office. The strong smell of cigarettes is unbelievable.

Old woman running the place has the worst attitude. Bias in everyway. Rude, disrespectful and acts like the park is north Korea. Needs new maintenance, they will just throw all the trash under your house after they complete whatever work they didn't know how to fix to begin with. If there where less stars then zero they'd deserve it.

It's clean and quiet. No trash blowing around. No loud music or people. Very nice and respectful. We also have a very nice and clean pool.

very well kept up looks nice a little strict with the park rules but I guess that's how they keep it so Clean but there is always the fear of a major flood and the leave giving way again
