We stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean and cozy! My daughter especially loved the loft area! The park was peaceful, I never heard much traffic. They had dinner at the pavilion for the guests, saved me from cooking! The staff were amazing!! I would recommend Unhitched Garcon Point to anyone! Great location, great amenities and great staff! Give them a try!

The staff were friendly and accommodating! Overall the rv park was kept tidy and was quiet for our two week stay, and it was 20ish minutes from the beach! Id recommend 🤍

Unhitched is a great place to stay. The staff is great, very friendly and accomodating. The price is great. There are a lot of friendly long-term campers here a well. The pool is clean and people actually gather at the community firepit to hang out. They slso have events in the clubhouse from time to time. I only have two negative comments: 1. They allow cats to run around and pee on everything. And I mean a LOT of cats. Cats are cute and basicall harmless, but campers should be required to keep them in their campers or otherwise under control, as is the expectation for dog owners. 2. The bath house is often unclean. I know that it can't be fresh every time you walk in, but someone should be going through there a few times a day. Other than that, the staff is great, the park is great overall, the surrounding area is safe and you are not too far from a grocery store. You can always walk to the Dollar General if you don't feel like driving to a real grocery store.

Caution to larger rigs! Very nice RV park right off the interstate great amities. I’m not sure if the pool is heat but it was great. This RV park has a very tight turn in, anyone new to driving a larger rig needs to be careful. We have a 46ft RV and it took a lot of patience and maneuvering to get in safely.

Easy access from I-95 and therefore lots of highway noise. Manager lives on premises and was very accommodating. The place is occupied by mostly permanent residents and overall not very organized or well kept. Ok for an overnight stay but we won't be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this RV Park in the cabins. It has great amenities with the pool, park, and walking trails offering fun for families or friends! Conveniently located close enough to the beach but also accessible to other shopping and attractions. We visited the Strawberry Farm in Milton about 20 min from the park (see picture for the best looking strawberries!) The cabin is equipped with everything you need with enough space to feel comfortable. We would highly recommend for couples or small families. We enjoyed our stay!

Blackwater Bungalow was perfect for the two of us. We also had frequent visits from nearby family and was able to accommodate several festive dinners. The front porch was so inviting with the hammocks, but we also enjoyed sitting in our own chairs that we brought from home. The full size oven and refrigerator were great bonuses. Loved making our Keurig coffee every morning. King bed was extremely comfortable. Milton had several great shopping, dining and recreational options. We will be back!

This park is the epitome of “Florida Nice.” Well maintained, excellent staff, perfect location (right off the freeway - I-10 at exit 28), amenities are already covered in other reviews, and it’s just wonderfully comfortable. Arriving, Google sent me to the truck stop on the other side of the highway - it’s on the side with the Stucky’s/Chevron, not on the Love’s side. Look for the sign. Looks like there is no road in, but it’s there - just turn! Shopping, all services, beaches, parks, and attractions are pretty much all within a 15 mile radius of Pelican Palms. It’s perfect for us! We already have reservations to return for 5 months next “snowbird” season!

I agree with all of the good reviews, but the camper next to us had a big mess on the outside of their camper. We were there for 1 month and, apparently, no one told them to clean it up. We kept our shades pulled the whole time so we didn't have to look at it.

Really enjoy staying in this park. Sites are a good size for larger units. Prices are reasonable. Property managers and staff are very polite and friendly. Easy access from I-10. Washrooms and grounds are well maintained. Has an enclosed dog park. Would highly recommend for overnight or longer stays.

Make sure you get the weekend number if arriving on the weekend...the main number is not managed on weekends.

The roads connecting the campsites, and the sites themselves, resemble a sort of lunar landscape, pocked with craters. Leveling the trailer took some effort. The facilities were fine - clean enough but worn. My wife showered in the men’s room because we couldn’t figure out the lock to the women’s to save our lives. As far as the general vibe, mostly long term tenants and shockingly few palm trees, given the name.

We stayed one night on our way home to Colorado. Right off I-10, for a quick on and off. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate. I had booked the stay online about five weeks out. When I got the confirmation email it was way different from what I had booked. I called and thought it was worked out. We arrived and were told we had site nine( it was way to small) She explained that it might be to small for my rig and if it was I could have site 17, which was a pull through, it was large enough to park, but you could not pull through as there was a culvert immediately to the right and there was no way to make the turn without dropping a wheels off in a hole. We had to back out in the morning, which was a pain. They need to make some serious improvement to this place, it has potential...

The improvements are great. Management is super nice very professional. It's not bad I have had nothing but a great great time here. The park had a huge water slide for the memorial day weekend .they had an endless supply of popsicles for the kids . The mud is all dried up. Improvements are 100% being made. Can't wait to see this place as the progress of improvements are moving forward.
