Made a reservation and had to cancel. Today is October 29 2025. Reservation was 5 months away in April 2026 and they will NOT refund my deposit. I understand if the date was closer and in prime season. This is just a money grab. I want to do business with fair people not nickel and dime petty actors. Never again with this company.

Our new home away from home in Pensacola! The whole place is wonderful and well maintained. Easy access to the beach across the street. The sneaky Tiki bar on the intracoastal side is awesome as well. Thank you so much for hosting us… see you next time!

We recently stayed at this park spot 15 on the water. The spots are clean, everyone is super nice. The pads aren’t huge but the idea is to not pull up all the way so you can sit in front and watch the water. In these water front spots hookups are both sides so perfect for nose in or back in. Famous Tiki Bar on beach. In town anytime I mentioned the park it was “yes the Tiki Bar”. Lots to do close by such as the Naval Museum, National Shoreline. We will definitely be back. We were ending our 5 week trip at this park on the way back home to Central FL and it was the perfect way to end and relax.

Great RV park centrally located on the island. Walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Manicured and kept very clean. If l had to pick one thing to remark on would be the internet. Needs to be improved. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning

We have been coming to Pensacola RV Resort for several years and have never been disappointed. We were there June 30 - July 5 2025. We had a blast! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We love everything around us because it's all in walking distance or ride the trolley. Thanking the RV Resort staff for their kindness that keeps us coming to such a great relaxing atmosphere. The location is fantastic. The sites were fine lengthwise but space between sites was not great. The hookups for the RVs are actually located right outside the door of the adjacent RV. When we unhooked I felt like I was almost in our adjacent neighbor's RV. The cable, which was included in the price, was good. The WiFi was non-existent. For the price that was disappointing. Areas for walking our dogs (by leash) were pitiful. Basically we were walking our dogs in a 10 foot circle. The dog walk areas (unleashed areas) were worse.

Wheelchair-ada accessibility is awful!!! None of the bathrooms are truly wheelchair accessible. The “bathrooms/showers” are in a second floor building and require two people operate, meaning I can’t access them outside of business hours or if they’re busy. The portapotties are on a hard surfaces slab…. With several feet of deep soft sand in all directions…. Both beach paths to the tiko bat have mobi-mats…. In deep, soft sand making it virtually inaccessible for wheelchair users. One side has a very narrow and inconsistent brick path that is full of sand patches and obstacles that make it very dangerous for anyone disabled….. I managed to get to the tiki bar on my second attempt but it was super sketchy and now if I have to pee, I have to go the opposite direction to get to pavement, then all the way across the property to the portapotties and gimp step a few feet through deep sand just to pee….. I really thought this resort would be accessible.

The staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed the quiet relaxing park with its own private beach. It was close to so many things. Reasonable rates too!

Nice employees and I will be back but the place wasn't kept up really well. Furniture was old and worn out, lots of little pieces of trash all over. My dogs kept finding little bones on the ground that weren't fresh looking so obviously sitting on ground a long time. Groundskeeper needs to pay more attention to detail and whole place needs a good deep cleaning. Location is great if you want to be in the thick of it all

My family and I spent 3 days here in early December and it was beautiful!! The park staff are friendly and accommodating making your arrival pleasant. The sites are well kept. The pool was super clean so my daughter enjoyed that. Best of all is location!!! You can walk or ride your bike anywhere from the RV park. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location! Office personnel, and property crew were all very nice, helpful and professional. We’ve stayed here twice now and will return. Easy walk to ocean beach, restaurants etc… resort is in excellent condition. Clean laundry room, bathrooms and grounds. Great place to bring your doggies!

Loved our stay here. Nice organized staff. A Tiki Bar and private beach. Nice location. Not always quiet in this area but it's fun and pretty and there's shops and restaurants right next door. We enjoyed it. 😊

We loved PCB RV resort. This is a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants, the beach and shops. Close to other attractions and a national park. The resort has all the amenities you are looking for. Full hook ups, beach bar, it's own beach where your dog can play and more. It is everything they advertise. That staff is very help and friendly. The views are gorgeous. Don't hesitate. Just book it. You will not be disappointed.

Pensacola Beach RV Resort was wonderful! Our site was on the water and was breath taking. My husband and I with the fur babies spent Valentine's there and would do it again! Check in was a breeze and the folks that work there were so nice and helpful. The ground were very well kept and there are 2 dog walk areas onsite. We will definitely return!

Really nice rv park and they are very dog friendly. There is a beach walkway directly across the street and their beach on the sound is awesome. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance and a great bike trail. Their location is super convenient. There are only 3 washing machines for about 70 sites so it was hard getting laundry done as they were constantly in use. The bathrooms are nice with good shower pressure. Everyone who works there is super friendly too. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to go back.
