They have nice level sites. They are fairly close together, but that’s common in Pensacola. The park is very clean and well kept and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The park is well lit and seems to be a very safe area.. The pool was heated and I had my four grandkids down to swim and they really enjoyed themselves. The man that runs the park came out and brought them some cups of ice cream while they were swimming, which I thought was extremely nice. It seems on Saturdays they have donuts and fruit for your guests. It was a nice day of about a week and I would definitely come back.

I have been at this RV park for a year and a half and have seen it go through several changes in on site management. I can honestly say that the current team of Corey and Chris are by far the best! Before Corey and Chris came here, I was desperately looking for another RV park to move to due to the way the previous management ran the business and let a lot of questionable people move in and how they let the place run down. The current team really care about the whole facility and keep it clean, including the restrooms/showers, the laundry room and the pool. Corey and Chris are good guys and are making little changes like adding a drink machine and trying to have social events like pizza parties or cook outs for the community to having coffee and donuts in the office area. These little things make a big difference. The only negative I can say at this time is that the sites are very close together. I would still recommend this RV park.

We visited our sister there and we love it. Has all that you need and the office is group of well friendly and helpful staff members. The area is well kept and accommodating for your fur babies as well. Kiddos enjoyed the pool and pretty quit for the adults. It’s near some shops but not TOO close to he a bothersome as well. I have recommended for other family members that were wanting to visit Pensacola and they love it as well.

My boyfriend and I have been living here long term for going on our second year and by far under the management of Corey and Chris this place has been AMAZING 😍 they are so understanding and very welcoming. The place is well kept, they even got a coca cola vending machine!! Bathrooms are cleaned very well which we are very appreciative for because our camper's bathroom isn't usable so we rely on the public restrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here either short term or long term!! Thank you Corey and Chris I hope you guys stay for a very long time!! :)

The new management team has been fantastic—friendly, approachable, and very helpful. The property is well taken care of; the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, and the laundry room is kept cool, which makes a big difference in the summer heat. I also appreciate the thoughtful community perks like free donuts on Saturdays and monthly movie nights. It really creates a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere here.

Great little campground with easy access to I-10. The fairgrounds and racetrack are nearby. Walmart Publix and lots of food options are close. Free wifi and cable, swimming pool and dog park.

This place is very clean and well kept! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! It's conveniently located off of I-10. Nearby attractions include white sand beaches, naval museum, lighthouse, equestrian center, motor speedway, florabama, and downtown pensacola shopping and atractions

We picked Pensacola North RV Resort mainly because it’s super close to the Blue Angels shows—and it did not disappoint! You can catch the jets flying overhead, and it’s such a cool experience being that close to the action. Being a navy girl, the jets flying over always makes me feel like I'm home again! The park itself is quiet, clean, and has everything you need—nice pool, laundry, and a clubhouse to chill in. The staff is awesome too—super friendly and always on top of things. If you’re into aviation or just want a great spot near Pensacola, this is the place.

We've loved our time at Pensacola North RV Resort! The park is clean, quiet, and super well-maintained. The pool is a great bonus-especially during those hot Florida afternoons-and the laundry facilities are convenient and super nice. The clubhouse is nice and even has a cute little library. There are games for kids and complimentary coffee. The location is ideal-just a quick drive to Pensacola beach and super close to the Interstate without the road noise. Highly recommend for both short term and long term Rv'ers!

This RV park was one of the best @ 5 stars. Thats why we come here many times a year. Not sure if it is under new owners or management. But the landscape has gone down hill badly! Needed some serious weed killer and new rock. Also some of the long term campers need cleaning up around them. A few of them look like they've been here for months broken down. Come on Pensacola North let's tight of this place up and make in great again!! However the staff is 5 stars!!!

Stayed one night. Very nice, well kept park. Super helpful staff! It is a pretty small park with back ins, only. Barely room for your toad or tow vehicle. It does have a nice pool, on site laundry room and a coffee shop.

Staff is very friendly and nice, helped my husband back the trailer in. However the space for the trailers are very small, most I noticed couldn’t park their truck used to pull the trailers in the same site unless you parked sideways or very snug between your own trailer and your neighbors. The park over all is very clean. The dog “park” is very small, maybe the size of 2 compact car parking spaces. I guess a chihuahua would find it spacious. Not adequate however for your dog to play and blow off steam. :( The WiFi is not great, which sucks because we have noticed Verizon on the east coast is terrible. Didn’t check out the pool but it looked clean.

As mentioned from others, the staff is very friendly. Greg was a great help with our Class A. Helped instruct us on hooking up a Propane tank since Pensacola has no Propane company that will deliver per staff. Had an issue with certified mail delivery. Staff said they never received it so, possibly a dishonest Postman. Checked with PO and they said Postman can sign it themselves. Sooo, what happened to our mail? No point in sending or having anything certified. Just thought I would put that out there. We were at the very front of the RV Park. So, noisy being right beside the road. Didn’t even bother to try to sit outside. They offered to move us after my husband mentioned the noise to them. That wouldn’t have made things any better if you have read the comments about how close the other Campers are to each other. They definitely need a Block wall built across the front of the RV Park. Cable didn’t come in clear was another issue. Static all the time. Also, I put my reservation in about 6 months before we got there. I’m a walker so I hoped they would have the walking trail completed by the time we got there. Didn’t happen. Wi-if was terrible. It would go in and out continuously. Even when they said it was an issue for the surrounding area and it would be fixed on a certain day, it still wasn’t working well. The trash dump was about 10 ft from our RV. Usually, it came around 7 a.m. but one morning it was out there at 4:30 a.m. This might be a good place to stay for a night or two but, I think it’s a bit expensive for no more than the Amenities they have. We had stayed for 1 month. No, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, bathroom/showers were spotless and spacious, laundry area well maintained, pool looked nice but temps too chilly to use. Now the con I wish the RV sites were as roomy as the bath/showers. I hate walking out my door to the neighbors elec box and sewer hookup. Some road noise but all in all Id stay again and recommend it
