Ive been going here for over 40 years. It used to be a good place. Its so sad to see how run down it is. New owners have bitten off more than they can chew, in way over their heads. Unkempt. Buildings looking like urban decay that just need to be knocked down. Campsites in total disrepair. It's just parking in an open grass field basically, theres no shade. They didn't prepare a campsite for my arrival and I had to look around and find one where the power would work. Theres random trash laying around like exercise equipment, old tractors. Looks like someone has been living here a long time in a broke down camper with broken trash surrounding it. Other buildings that I dont know the original use, broken windows, ect. They can't get the slides working, so it's only swimming available at the moment. This is sad. So sad to see a place that holds such fond memories of my past this run down.

We spent the last weekend at Pep’s Point and I just wanna say we had an excellent experience. The staff was wonderful. The cabins and the ground were exceptionally clean (for the most part). My family enjoyed the water park, especially the slides. We didn’t wanna leave once our reservation was up. The staff was very attentive and often asked for suggestions to make our next stay even better. We will definitely be going back this summer and summers to come!!!
