pepper tree needs a new manager the women Eva is so rude and money hungry but dont like to fix things but expects rent when due had electricity working in half my trailer and Eva and her husband maintenance man took over a month to fix it. only because I told them I would contact the owner make sure you dont give cash for rent money order is best for your proof this Heartless mean Manager Eva should not be property manager
