We enjoyed staying at Perdido Key and Pam on coming back. The grounds are maintained perfectly and everyone we met were open and friendly. Teri went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this rv park.

Just wanted to send a quick note about our recent stay – we had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that so much care goes into making this place special. Every corner of the park was just spotless, honestly, it was truly impressive how beautifully maintained everything was. We really appreciated the super friendly help we got when we called to book; the lovely person on the phone hooked us up with such a brilliant spot right near the showers, which turned out to be incredibly convenient. Speaking of convenience and quality, the pool area was gleaming, and the entire property looked amazing. Plus, it was all incredibly budget-friendly, which made our trip even better! Waking up each day so close to that stunning beach was a pure joy, and we absolutely soaked up every minute of it. And those little thoughtful touches? The complimentary coffee was a lifesaver each morning, and honestly, getting to have those friendly chats with the owner every day was a genuine highlight. We left feeling so refreshed and happy!

Can’t fish on the pier, spot 4 is the absolute worst spot I ever backed a camper into very hard to back in, on the way down to the beach my mother was hospitalized and then passed away we had to reschedule the owner charged me for that I could understand if it was the busy season but it’s October… the woman grounds keeper plundered through our stuff and stole my oldest sons money he had on the outside table he left my wife witnessed this.. when she called the office they asked if we had a problem.. like no I think you have the problem .. can’t stand a thief! Last trip here ever sucks because we liked it here before stayed here a lot and highly recommended it to a lot of people but will not further recommend

My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years and it will forever be an annual vacation spot for us!! The staff are SO nice and accommodating. We've met so many friends that we consider family. The grounds are always clean and the views are amazing!!! We've never felt more welcome anywhere else. If we could visit more often, we ABSOLUTELY would!!

Perdido Key RV Resort was a fantastic stay—clean, quiet, and just minutes from the beach. The sites were level and well-maintained, with full hookups and enough space to feel comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the whole park had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Super convenient location with great food and sunsets nearby. We’ll definitely be back!

We took our grandchildren on a trip for spring break to Perdido Key. We enjoyed our stay at this RV park. It’s small and quaint. We found it to be quiet; so much that we urged our grandchildren to not make too much noise. They enjoyed the pool and we visited the private beach one day while there. The neighbors were friendly. It wasn’t fully packed, but had very few open sites. We would love to get a waterfront spot but I’m told those get booked sometimes a year in advance. We will certainly try again when planning our next trip. The bathroom was clean as was the laundry room. It had ample washing machines and dryers. We’ve been to much larger parks that only had 1-2 machines. The resort was clean and looks to be well maintained. There is no playground for children to play. We took ours to the Perdido Kids Park, which they loved. The resort is close to the beach and many good restaurants. Check in was quick and easy and the office staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the clubhouse but it looks to be a great gathering place. The ice cream truck visits on Fridays. Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend and visit again.

This place has a great location. It's clean and everyone is nice. They have some really nice features like a small pool, laundry area, shower stall, a small beach area, a clubhouse with TV and coffee and popcorn, and a small dog beach area. The RV sites were nice and big, they had table tops on the beach area that was cool. They are located close to a beach (3-5 minutes maybe) and a TON of restaurants. Only downside is if you have a dog, trying to find a grassy area they might 'go' on that isn't the 'lawn' of another camper is sparse, but still possible. I would recommend staying here, plenty of space for big RVs.

One of the nicest RV Resorts we've been to. Attention to detail is incredible. Owner wakes up early every morning to make a fresh pot of coffee and spend time talking to his guests.Pool temp high 80's. Great location. Walking distance to top rated restaurants. Bike path all the way to public beaches and shopping.

We just spent 10 days at a back in RV spot. Absolutely wonderful. Loved having the sand a few steps out the door, along with the marina. So relaxing and clean. The staff is all so friendly, and lots of activities including food trucks. Close to shopping, restaurants, Perdido Key beach, Pensacola Naval Aviation Museum, and a wonderful dog park with a beach. We loved it so much we already booked for next year.

I absolutely love staying here! The views of the water are stunning as you can watch the boats go by, and there’s always something fun to do with a variety of activities available. The pool is perfect—heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, so you can enjoy it year-round. The sites are ideal for relaxing, with plenty of space to set up our chairs and take in the beautiful surroundings. On top of all that, the workers are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy

We love, love, love this place!!! Excellent way to celebrate our twins birthday. Private beach was PERFECT!!! Friendly customer service and environment. Grounds were clean all area were perfectly labeled. We will return...well worth the 8 hour drive!!! Close to kid friendly attractions (staff was very helpful with places to visit)

Very clean. Beautiful views of the bay. Sites a bit close, but enjoyed the beach chairs and swing. Not much within walking distance.

LOVED Perdido Key RV Resort & Marina! The owners were helpful and accommodating and the park is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the water views with the seating areas nearby. The fact that the ice cream truck arrived made our visit truly special. We felt like little kids when we heard the trucks music. My favorite was the banana split! Hadn’t had one of those in years.

We loved this park. We were here for 1 week and it is beautiful. Clean, very well maintained, and a very friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and trails. We watched birds and dolphin. Very peaceful. we were in site 3 on the water in a fifth wheel.
