Because our rv is older than 10 years old we couldn't stay. Our camper is older but fully functional which is more than I can say for the one I saw with a water hose running through the window and the other which had replaced their ac with a windows unit

I lived in this park for a few months this year and would DEFINITELY recommend them. The landlord Laura is REALLY awesome. She is also VERY compassionate, considerate, empathetic and outgoing. The rates in the park are also absolutely fantastic.

The manager of the park is very friendly, and helpful. Our stay has been quiet so far, as well as quite cold. I love the grounds, and as it IS the winter months there's leaves everywhere!😀 The laundry room is larger than expected, and the bathroom/ showers in the front area next to them are closed I'm assuming. I will update again after completing our stay.

It's a nice place. It would be nice if they had some sort of steps going to the water. But I am assuming with the flooding it would be hard to place any that would stay. Even still, we really enjoy going there.

It's a nice place to go with children for a free swim spot. The park is clean and well lit. Seems to equipped nicely for long or short term visits.

Not good for tents or pop ups. The contract says laundry room closes at 9 pm doesn't say bathrooms close at 9pm till after 9am but they do. The lady said that it's because the people swimming who are not camping tear them up. I've been here three days and no one is swimming after dark. If you come with a tent or pop up either bring a bucket or look for the nearest gas station. The price is a little high for no bathrooms between 9pm to 9am. The area is nice the water is nice, but don't forget your bucket. Enjoy.

We love to go here and play on the sand bar. It can be a little noisy due to the highway being right next to it. Sand bar is as clean as you'd expect. Water can get fast after rains. We love taking our kids here to swim and play in the sand. Great trip close to the house.
