We've been camping at Peshtigo River Campground for the past 8 years and we always have a great time! The cabins are well maintained and the game room is awesome for those days (or nights) when it's a little too hot outside. The tubing trips are always the highlight of our stay!

I don’t give 5 stars unless a park is above and beyond. However, this is a great park! People seem to love the river tubing. We were in the area on business so we didn’t go on the river. The owner was nice and pretty accommodating. As with most parks, I would love to see more trash cans for people walking around the park. Especially in the tube parking area!

The campground was quite and peaceful. The cabins were good for camping. Bathrooms could have been located closer to the cabins but the walk/stroll is nice. If you do the tubing in the river- i dont recommend bringing any kids under 10 along on the river to go tubing- they do have tubes/life jackets for kids but with the damn/wind the water currents change. The river contains a ton of trees (in the actual river and a swim at your own risk) so you have to kick to get out of the way of trees and branches- if you do the tubing down the river bring your own paddles so you dont wear out your legs. We stayed for 3 1/2 days and loved our time here! We found a lot of things to do. The price was really great for the week of the 4th too. There is a game room but you'll have to ask for it to be on (:

Camped here for easy access to Marinette for a wedding. Nice pull thru spot, good utilities, nice laundry room. Fire ring easy to cook over. Met some nice people, did some bird watching and easy to get to the Peshtigo River for a float or to enjoy a wade in it.
