Love phoenix metro rv park! Made some forever friends and everyone is kind. Stayed for almost 9 months now and will definitely be back! I don’t want to leave but traveling for work.

Very nice park. Very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed for two nights, but we enjoyed it very much.

Great RV Park centrally located. Our second visit. Coming from Midwest and visiting friends and family. One suggestion not a criticism. Wi-Fi is at clubhouse only. In today's times signal boosters throughout the park would be a plus. Plenty of room for both permanent and snowbird residents. Highly recommended

We stayed here for seven nights so we could visit some friends in the Phoenix area and also do some sightseeing. You're right on I17 so taking a trip to the south rim of the Grand Canyon or to Jerome or Flagstaff is pretty simple. This is a nice over 55 park that is quiet and clean. We used the laundry two times and it is by far the nicest laundry we've seen in any RV park we have visited. The people we met were friendly but we did not participate in any activities. There were many snowbirds in the park and there are many permanent RVs and/or park model mobile homes. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the Phoenix area and needed a place to hunker down for a few days. Bottom line, nice place, no complaints.

We were here for 1 month. We were pleased with the park. Clean and comfortable. Nice laundry with even a line to dry if wanted. Park has activities and was easy in and out. Some plane noise but tolerable. Can't say enough good about the office staff, they went the extra mile to get us in early and worked with us wonderfully. Thank you Phoenix Metro.

Phoenix Metro RV Park was easy to find. Sites are tight but they do help guide you in. Spaces are level gravel and clean. Overall, the park is a bit dated, but it was a good location while visiting friends. Staff were very friendly!

We have actually made this our home. Friendly people who many are now our dear friends. Office staff are wonderful. And you can't go wrong. Prices are great. Lots to do, but more b4 COVD-19.

This place recently (2 days ago) had a few trucks broken into. Also many bikes have been stolen. They're not honest about reservations. My friend called to reserve a spot, she was told that they're full. So she drove to this place anyway...low and behold they some sites that were available. JMO. To the Owners response. Wake up!! There was a man found dead at your Park. Covid is rampant here with NO restrictions!! The pool and hot tub are filthy!! Your Park is NOT with in the guidelines for being an ADA Park!!! The office is a place of mass confusion. No employee working here can give you a straight and honest answer. Yes "my friend" did stay here. After being lied to over the phone. She hung up her phone and pulled right in to your park. And low and behold there were many open sites. Your employees have lied to me and my husband on numerous occasions and continue to do so! Thank you for your concern, no my car was not one of the many that had doors locked and were broken into. You're well aware of the vandalism that takes place in your Park and you chose to do nothing about it!!

Nice park in Phoenix. Pool and hot tub refreshing and clean. Showers and bathrooms clean and updated. I will return
