There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to express how beautiful, welcoming and amazing picacho peak rv resort is. Loved it.

Be very aware of the parks background search in order for you to rent. I have had to provide less to buy a house. Not accommodating at all!

This park is very beautiful, and all of the facilities are clean and inviting. The staff couldn't have been more professional and kind. The little roads are paved, which makes it really nice for someone like me, who's on a little electric stand up scooter. I was able to get around to the base of the mountain very easily, and without fear of being chased by dogs or skidding out on pebbles. It's class A as far as being well taken care of and taking care of the guests and residents. My only complaint was the road noise. I've stayed at plenty of RV Parks that are right off of main drags, but something about the acoutics (at least in the overnight area) made the road noise incredibly loud. At night, it almost sounded at times as if a chopper was hovering overhead. This phenomenon is out of the hands of the owners of the park, but it really is the only thing that kept me from giving a five star rating. If you don't mind wearing ear plugs, it's a five for certain. The back of the park is incredibly peaceful, and the entire place is very pretty.

Very scenic, right under Picacho Peak. Management is nice, facilities are clean and well maintained. Quite a bit of noise, though, from Highway 10 and the trains that pass by. Still a good place and we'll return.
