Great little RV park, perfect for our overnight stay while driving home from San Diego. We stayed here in early June and it was quite warm. Our pull through site was clean and everything worked. The site was difficult to locate because the site numbers were faded or not present. The water pressure seemed very high so make sure you use a pressure regulator. The owners son helped us out and was very pleasant. There were some residential sites but they were located in the rear part of the park. There were about 4-5 other overnight RVers and we were spaced far enough apart to give plenty of room. A creek runs along the edge of the park with several mature trees which gives a nice sound and shade. Grocery store and gas station is right next to the park which was convenient for picking us some ice. We would certainly stay here again

Have camped here for a number of years on our way to southern Arizona for the winter. Staff is friendly, bathrooms/showers very clean, convenient clean laundry facilities, easy pull through camping. Sites are very close together but staggered so you have privacy. It’s on a city street but quiet. Propane on site.

This RV park is in the perfect location for our travels - plus it is a really quiet - clean friendly campground - with access to a store - with any food or fuel needs.... Love this RV Park - will return next year ....

Easy to get to. We have a 46 foot toy hauler and there's plenty of room. The owners are so nice. They guide you into your spot. So very helpful. Clean, great value. It's not a resort. Mom and Pop place. Quiet. This is on our list of places to stay on our journey south.

The host was very helpful in directing us into our RV space. The full hookups were operating correctly. There were no rooms to rent so that is why I gave it one star. The location was walking distance to a gas and grocery business. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would stay there again. Cost 40 per night without discounts. We got a veteran discount so we paid 36.

The pull thru are good. but the back-in on the east side is back-up to a truck /store with gravel road going around the back. Some trucks spend the night on the road 40 feet behind you and run reefer all night. the road is really dusty and you are covered in dust. The spots are real close together . All the back-in campers that I talk to in three weeks said they wont return. I sleeped with ear plugs every night.

This was our 5th or 6th time staying here. The owners and help are always friendly and helpful. The park is clean and reasonably priced. Pretty busy when the snowbirds are moving, so while it isn't required we tend to make a reservation to ensure a spot.

Came in quite late, but very friendly & helpful. Helped guide us into spot. Came out early to fill propane that we also received Good Sam discount. Small all gravel park that was perfect for just an overnight stay.

Cozy little rv park. Great for your stop over while heading south at either the beginning or ending of snowbird season. Water tastes great, 30 amp electrical service, washer dryer, and showers are available.

I didn't stay. I just took a quick shower, then back on th road. The shower was very clean, and neat. $7.00 is a really good price, that I don't think you can beat. Form what I saw the RV park looked perfect for short or long term stays. Close to groceries, gas, and laundry. It definitely on my radar for future visits.
