The campground is very nice with lots of things to do, especially for kids. The location is great too, but the layout is terrible. This is not a big rig friendly campground. We have a 45’ 5th wheel and had to upgrade in order to fit. Tight roads and small spots mean cars overflowing into the driveway. Maneuvering nightmare for a big rig. If you can fit, def go here. If your over 40’ call ahead and confirm your spot will be 1) easy to get to and 2) large enough for your rig. Final issue was it being next to a very busy road. Constant road noise.

This was our 4th year staying in a cabin here. The cabins have always been extremely clean. Lots of activities for kids on property. Fully stocked store with everything you might need. Great location close to Dollywood and The island but there is enough to do at the campground, you don't need to leave Lazy river/pool/hot tub is a huge plus with kids. Haunted House is legit.

The Le Compt Hotel and Convention center was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Very large room with full kitchen and elderly friendly bathroom. It's not far off the main drag through town...just a few blocks. The grounds are lovely and has a large parking lot by the Convention center. They have a good breakfast and plenty of seating. They even stored my mobility cart during our stay. Would be glad to stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff was very nice as were all of those who were camping around our site. The price was very fair for the length of time we stayed (two weeks). Our site was very nice, very level and offered a beautiful patio. This KOA was in the perfect location in Pigeon Forge that it made it perfect for getting to all of the tourist attractions that we wanted to get to. Everything seemed to be within just a short 5 minute drive from the campground. Our only huge complaint is that you can pick the general area of the campground you want to stay in, but you're not allowed to pick the specific site you want as KOA feels the need to put you wherever they want you. We heard this from several other campers and read it in many of the reviews as well. However, we decided to give it a try and we were lucky enough, this time, to get what we felt was probably the best site in the entire campground. However, this is the biggest reason we would consider not returning.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Each cabin had their own are to sit, fire ring and front porch. The bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and I loved to see them escort the RVs into their respective spots. We didn’t bring ours this time but great to know there is that service for next time. Totally recommend this KOA.

We had so much fun the first time we stayed we came back and decided this would be a vacation spot for our family! Everything is so clean and the staff is so quick and accommodating. The camping cabins have everything you need, our family of 4 stayed for a full 6 nights the second time and had no issues at all! You can’t beat the location either, there’s so much to do all within walking distance. I’ve already recommended it to pretty much everyone I know and my older sister has already taken her family. Definitely stay here if you are looking for a great vacation at a reasonable price!

We just finished up our Spring Break here, and we all loved the campground. The site was nice, there are so many amenities, it is clean and very pretty, and the staff was very nice. It is in good proximity to a lot of different things to do in the area, and there is a trolley stop right out front. Wish it was closer to home! We had a great time!

We rented a small 2 bunk cabin for a week here. We were next to the communal kitchen, yard games, and a playground. The stay was really lovely. It was busy at times but the kids had a lot of fun and the pool was great as well. Seemed like the brochure was showing a different layout but construction was happening too so they might be in the middle of an expansion. I recommend this KOA for family vacation, for sure!

We last minute decided to stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA - We are traveling from North Carolina and had just left the Lake Hartwell KOA but decided to stop here on our way back home. First, The Lazy River is awesome, our kids loved it! The playground is also top notch - what kid wouldn't have fun here? We don't have a dog, but even the dog park section looked cool. Pigeon Forge is obviously a Tourist area, so it's pretty busy - surprisingly, it never felt overwhelmingly busy here. It was still nice and relaxing. The bathhouses are probably some of the nicest KOA bathhouses that I've ever seen - they are kept nice and clean..and most importantly - the workers are the best! Charlie - He is honestly the kindest KOA worker we have ever encountered (and we have stayed at multiple KOA locations.) He is so helpful - it really just makes your stay/experience that much better. Both mornings he greeted us with a smile and he also took the time to let us know that if we had any questions/concerns that he was here to help. We have really enjoyed our stay here and are excited to come back!
