I came to Pigeon Forge for a long weekend to visit friends that stayed at this resort and left highly impressed. This resort was beyond amazing with everything it has to offer from once you drive onto the grounds. It is so beautifully maintained and well kept. I meet a woman named Jennifer that was cleaning and she was so incredibly sweet. I will recommend this resort to anyone that is visiting the Pigeon Forge area in the near future.

One of the best RV Resorts in the Smokies! Big rig friendly spacious sites ~ all on level concrete pads w/ full hook ups, a picnic table, fire ring & a grill. Nice pool area & they even have a hot tub 🔥 They have clean comfort stations with individual shower rooms. Nice gym & friendly staff make this one a favorite 😍 Great location too! Would definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟

If you are looking for a great place to RV in Pigeon Forge then this is the place. Rick and Jen, the managers, and all of their staff are amazing. The facilities were all well maintained and kept very clean. Even on holiday weekends noise levels were never an issue with other campers. The location is great, you are right off the Parkway for easy access to activities but you do not feel like you are camping in the city. The campsites are nice a large. We easily got our 42' trailer in and we were able to park both vehicles in our spot. Your first stop for RVing in Pigeon Forge should be the Pigeon Forge Landing Resort.

Really large (80') concrete sites with best-in-class hookups. Excellent water pressure and very quiet location with a great view. I was also very much appreciative of the ease of the late check-in process, and the ease of booking the site online. Just some informational neutral feedback, in case it is helpful for you, is that it appears like this place attracts retirees and/or single couples. I don't think I saw a single child playing outside while walking our dogs (on a weekend afternoon of perfect weather). I think I maybe saw two children using the pool during our first few days here. I also noticed that there were a lot of very expensive Newmar rigs with one being $1M (I asked the owner). I would also say that the rest appeared to be part-timers in the upper echelon of incomes (based on the condition of their vehicles, age of trailers and various little things I noticed. The location is decent, but challenging to find if you aren't familiar with the area. The staff sends you instructions on everything to avoid and not to blindly follow GPS, however they didn't tell us where we needed to turn off the main parkway. I ended up accidentally turning where I wasn't supposed to, but luckily found a mini golf place to turn around in. FYI, the street to look for off the main parkway is Apple Valley Rd. Furthermore, the cost of this place is well above the national average for its amenities at $110 per night, so the value for the money isn't there for us. I've stayed all over the place and paid closer to $50-60 for these same amenities (TX, OK, IA, OH, etc). Typically, the places that charge north of $75/night have tons of activities for the kids, hosted events, catered dinners, lazy rivers, mini-golf, fully functioning convenience stores, etc. Overall, we'll keep this place on our radar because large sites and easy late check-in is important to us, but admittedly I'll be looking at other locations for our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

I really enjoyed camping here over a long weekend. The campsites was spacious, freshly mowed, and well shaded. I loved the level concrete pads! The general store was nice and had a decent selection of items to purchase at a fair price. The bath house was also very nice and private. We got in the pool and hot tub and they both seemed to be well maintained. We also took our inflatable tubes and took several 20 minute floats down the creek. The only negative thing I have to say is that I reserved an Executive Waterfront site and I didn't have any water behind my site that i was hoping for. I had to walk several sites down to get to the water. On a positive side, behind my site was well shaded for the afternoon and evening sun. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and I plan on coming back again. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, there's a brewery restaurant next door, and the location is perfect.

The place has a great location. Along side the River and hills on the horizon. (Literally behind the Titanic Museum). (5min drive to Walgreens-kroger express) There is also an Apple Orchards within walking distance. Where you can eat at their restaurant or shop. The Lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us settle down (eventhough we were sleeping on tents and staying only 1night) She even arranged clean towels for us when we told her We didn't bring any. The area was clean. The outdoor pool looked good (new and Clean) The Restrooms and showers were spacious and CLEAN I will definitely go back with my Family. My boys 40+y, 11y, & 7y Loved it

We have stayed at PF landing twice now one 10 day trip in July and just spent 4 days there in October and absolutely love this place. The campground is nice and spacious with level concrete sites and nice grassy areas in between campers. We have stayed in both the pull thru sites and the back in sites along the river and have not had a problem getting our 45ft toy hauler in either one. Its location is great easy to get to anything. Every employee we met was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were Fantastic my kids used it every night. Laundry facilities were very nice and clean did not use the shower facilities but would imagine it was just as nice as everything else. Not one single complaint. This is our new go to park whenever we are in the area!

This is a brand new purpose built RV park for big rigs. Plenty of giant pull through sights available. And some giant backup sites available down by the river. There aren't any big trees yet because it's new. The facilities are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Brand new bathrooms. Huge showers. Magnificent laundry room. Everything is spotless. There are some beautiful tent sites down a gravel road away from the RVs. It's by the river. It's beautiful. But this is a pricey Park, especially during The Fall season. You must access this park from Apple valley road off of parkway. Do not attempt to get here from 441. That would be a big mistake. The turn off of Apple valley road is somewhat narrow and steep and says dead end but that is the proper way to go and don't be afraid because once you get up that first little Hill it's all open

This place is new, very clean and the staff is hospitable. Very nice pool and hot tub. Great Wifi at my site. Well maintained. Green grass and level, concrete pads. Lots of pull throughs. I opted for a back in corner spot with no neighbors on my door side. The fitness center is not great as it’s literally just a treadmill and a bike, nothing else. Location is great as it’s right off the main parkway down a small road. It feels like you’re hidden in plain sight.
